I've spoken to Dave (the owner of DAmotorcycles in Adelaide) and so far he hasnt heard anything about it yet. But he also said that the GV650 arrived out of the blue, so it could be the same thing for the GT650X. One things certain, its a great looking bike and the girl in blue is pretty good too. :evilgrin1:

Its the one I wanted but Kawasaki (the import agents here) are not going to import them into NZ - reason given when I rang them was "we are not importing something that has no exposure in the market" which has to be the most stupid reasoning I have ever heard, oh and the other reason was there are not enough dealers interested now at the time NZ had 14 dealers and I know that11 of them had firm orders so.......

I hope it's not the same here in Australia. I would take groveling to new heights with my girlfriend to get this bike!

When the first pics came out I showed my wife and all she said ohhhh okay

Most definitely the former, next comment was well its your money and then of course I found out it was all a waste of time but..............
