Black casually walked through the meadow munching on a few bushes here and there. She pulled some grass up forcibly and chewed it down hungrily. She perked up her head and glanced around checking for any predators that may be near by. She wanted to see if any horses were near her own land she recently claimed. Black seemed to snort slightly and went up on her hind legs. "Anyone out here?!" She called out and came back down on all fours eagerly awaiting for a call back.

The obsidian brute trotted forward into the herd commons. Not much had been going on in his land, nor anywhere else. He had decided to come here. Who knows, he might find another mate to add to his harem. He stopped and sniffed the air, flaring his giant nares, fitting to his 18-hand frame. He scented another equine: mare, alone. Perfect. He trotted along again, following the scent.

He paused a couple yards from her. She was pure black, looked nice. Probably a light. Good. He bellowed to her and came forward. "Greetings, pretty one. I am Black Onyx, leader of the Deathtrap Riverbed. May I ask who you are?" He studied her for a moment, wondering of her origins, then met her eyes again.

black she replied to him with her ears begining to go back slightly as her upper lip began to show signs of twitching, a clear sign she was not liking this too much. Course this was black's reaction to all male horses. She shook her mane slightly sne took another quick chomp at the grass before looking back up at him and cewed on the grass with it hanging along the outside of her mouth.
