Title: Claimence For Land;; Agni

I have conquered, and shed my blood upon this rocky cliffs all in the hopes of starting over upon these damned conditions, but out there on my horizon lays my new dwelling. A simple set of canyons and cliffs out on a sea of desert sand color. No soft emerald fields nor mountains to protect me, but own strength and will to survive. It'll be all I can do to get to that land in one piece, but what the hell. I've got one chance to live, and I'm gonna live it the way I want to live. No one going to bark order at me or run me out of this place. No, this is my place, my sweet paradise. But just to get to those canyons....

I walked hours to reach the bottom enough to where my muscular seventeen point three hands could jump down the last couple of feet. Upon the first sight I could feel the air much more hot than the air up there, but at least I had some shade. Still I splashed lightly through the dust that covers this harden island of rock. Clearly this is harden rock from, but the shade and few indents, which could be caves gives some optomisism at least. I could live here I 'spose.

The place was larger and had suitable places to rest along with a hot water from the sun to clean my wounds and relax in. Still, the water there was not the best for drinking, but most certiantly swell for places to nap and rest for the elders. Even I could enjoy it. The grass and sand mixture was soft and warm and enough to even get me half asleep.

The next canyons were plentiful as well and offer clean water from which to drink to your heart's content. The final one was my favorite since it was the farthest one out. Somehow a large willow-like palm tree was on it with no other trees to obscure it's beauty. Not only that, but a small pond ran beside this tree from which I could enjoy watching the day. And even a few birds made their home here. This island would be where I would stay along with my bride(s) - if I ever found one.

Looking around through light green eyes, I prepared myself for claimance. No other soul was here to object other wise for now. Lifting my roan blanket appaloosa bodice into the air, I parted my kissers and let a damn good call that this was mine. My own words echoed in my ears as I spoke in my raspy and deep tone.
"I, Agni, proclaim this land of hell and paradise as mine to reign until I retire from here or die in battle defending it! And it shall be known as Ancient Canyons until eternity ends and the apocalypse rains down onto all of us equid souls!" I came down roughly. This land is my home, my future, my place. This shall be the era of Emperor Agni, the percheron appaloosa cross.
