Description: Lady Grey x Black Onyx

When I see your smile
Tears roll down my face I can't replace
And now that I'm strong I have figured out
How this world turns cold and it breaks through my soul
And I know I'll find deep inside me I can be the one

I will never let you fall (let you fall)
I'll stand up with you forever
I'll be there for you through it all (through it all)
Even if saving you sends me to heaven

It's okay. It's okay. It's okay.
Seasons are changing
And waves are crashing
And stars are falling all for us
Days grow longer and nights grow shorter
I can show you I'll be the one

The serenity of this place unnerved me. The caves I'd grown accustomed to so quickly was my place of calm, hardly any noise reverberated off its walls to greet me as of late, and the silence was treasured. But here, this place, called Willow Groves, set me on edge. I'd heard the stories of lone brutes waiting for a vixen to waltz in, expecting her mate to be right behind her, and then being raped and left a sobbing mess on the grassy floor.

But not me, certainly. If faced with such a situation, I'd fight 'til the emerald grass was scarlet red, or sending the pathetic-excuse-of-a-brute packing with his tail inbetween his legs like the cowardly dog an forcebreeder was. I had the inkling that Onyx wouldn't allow such a thing to happen either; and I grew furious at the idea. Before I had no qualms before about forcebreeding, but I assumed that now I had a stable life and a stable mate, I didn't approve of the custom.

Was that really the case, though? I shook my ivor tiara to rid myself of the thought before my mind rambled on, only to realize I'd made it in perfect time. Sickly blue hues scanned the terra carefully, muscles underneath my rosey grey pelt taunt and tense - ready to send my frame forward if a threat approached.

Dark crimson orbs surveyed the trees surrounding him as the dark brute made his way. The foliage covering him was not as tall as most trees, and they did not make walls, as he was used to living amongst in his home, the Caves. But no matter. This was only for a short while, and a purpose. He had come her for the same purpose a few times before, only slightly different, and without other warning. But those days were over. Now he had changed his ways, become kinder, as kind as a Dark could be.

Auds flicked as he heard the soft noise of his mate. He gave a soft bugle to let her know that he was friend, not some love-hungry hellion come to take advantage of her aloneness. Obsidian pillars picked up speed as he arrived at her side. "You made it safely then," he spoke, quietly, so that no others would know they were there.

I grinned ruefully at his words, as if I knew I'd make it here okay. However I didn't know it before, but I couldn't and wouldn't let my unstability show through. No one would ever see how unstable I truly was. Only one did, and he'd walked out on me.

My unstability would of been my downfall, if I hadn't found this place and a home within the Caves. If I hadn't found a home, and then become a high-ranked ruler once more, I'd probably be a rotting carcass at the moment. My charred pillars shifted, freeing my mind of such thoughts, as sickly hued occuli were fixed on him.
"Of course, why wouldn't I make it here alright?" I comment, my rueful grin still danced on my white face.

The hessian smirked with her slightly defiant words. "Only if supernatural powers decided to go against you. Only asking." Hind daggers pranced slightly as he waited. "When you're ready," he said, bod fidgeting just the tiniest bit from nervousness. He was doing this again, only it was honestly, and only for the second time in his life was it honest. He wasn't sure how it would turn out; frankly, he didn't want her to know how many times he had done it. He just hoped that he could shut the door on it: for good.

I alughed openly at his words; though my charred lips come back together abruptly, half-surprised at the coarseness of my laughter. Had it been that long since I'd last laughed? Muscles tensed underneath my rose-grey bode as he continued to speak, before I nodded my ivor tiara. "I've been ready, m'dear."

/Let's just say it happened, I have no clue what has happened to Onyx's muse lately./
