Plot:

As night falls on the forest, a lone pale shape gallops, weaving through the trees. He is sleek but wet: he has been running for a long time. His hooves slam into the mossy ground with each step; they have been moving for a long time, and are getting tired. He glances back to see the black stallion chasing him, a patrol of other dark brutes behind him. His breath comes fast, unsteady, as he runs for his life, for to stop would mean instant death. He passes an unusual tree, a reddish pine, and as he runs by, he lets out an echoing bugle. At once a battallion of white horses leaps from the undergrowth and charge toward the dark ones, unable to stop and pivot at the oncoming force. The chased stallion wheels and joins the battle too. Screams and roars fill the misty air, until the dark leader is killed and the rest of his force retreats. The pale horses swivel too, and trot off. The ground has five carcasses laying on it, already flies have become to gather. And among the slain is the pale brute that led the dark ones to their deaths.

This is how it has been for generations in Cavalon: dark and light, Deman and Ancheri, constantly battling for their beliefs, their territory, their love. These have been minor battles, however, compared to the one that is coming. It is the battle to end all battles, and will decide who rules this world. Will it be the good-hearted of the Kingdom of Ancheri? Or will the dark souls of the Deman Empire conquer this land? If and when you join, you may just alter the fate of the entire land of Cavalon.
