The Decrees

I. All must follow the King's orders.
II. The King may modify anyone's rank in any way if he sees fit.
III. Those that are not King, Advisor, Duke or Captain may not breed to mares within the herd; however, they can breed to mares not in the herd, they just cannot claim a mare and bring her to the herd.
IV. The King is allowed 4+ mares, the Advisor three, the Dukes one, and the Captain one.
V. Mares may only breed to their masters and may not leave without their master's consent.
VI. Foals must be protected, regardless of lineage.
VII. If a mare is forcebred to a stallion other than her master, the stallion and foal are killed. If the mare had agreed, then she is also exiled.
VIII. If the King dies without a heir (which is very unlikely), then the heiress's mate shall take his place, with the heiress replacing the Queen, putting the Queen as an elder. If there are no foals, then the Advisor takes the rank, his heir becoming Advisor.
IX. If the King is away, then the Queen and Advisor are in charge.
X. Stallions may go wherever they want, mares must stay in the herd lands.
XI. If a stallion gets in trouble or may be in trouble, his mares go into the King's harem until further notice.
XII. The King may breed with whatever mare he pleases. Arguing with this will have the offending stallion kicked out of the herd until further notice.
XIII. The King is very strict, he may add other rules to this list as they come to him.
