The Decrees of the King

Rule I: The King is allowed over 4 mares; the Duke is allowed no more than 4 mares (Including his Duchess), as the Noblemen are allowed only 3. The Infrantry and Common stallions may only have one mare.
Rule II: The King or Queen may remove any rank whenever she sees fit.
Rule III: All must obey his orders, including his Queen.
Rule IV: Foals take priority in the herd, all must be willing to give their lives for them, even if not their own blood.
Rule V: Mares in harems are property of their master, no other stallion may breed with them.
Rule VI: Mares cannot leave the harem without their masters consent.
Rule VII: The Queen or King may drive out any she/he wishes
Rule IIX: Any stallion who breeds with a member of the Lord's, Duke's or Noblemen's harem will be punished, and the foal killed. If it was a willing breeding, then the sire will be killed, the mare banished, and the foal killed.
Rule IX: Bethrovals are allowed. However, only in the Higher ranked equines.
Rule X: The King is allowed to take any mare from the herd, rape or have her willingly breed, if he wishes to see the result or is wanting a pleasure breeding.
Rule XI: The King and the Duke may have pleasure "brides"; mares taken into slavery for pleasure purposes.
