I remember seeing both T-1 and T-2 at the local drive-in, before it closed down but didn't get to see T-3 until it came to home video. T-2 is still probably my favorite movies of all time.... and I didn't think too much of T-3, mainly because I thought it was just a shorter and less personal remake of T-2 in some ways.

Later on, I hear they're making another sequel, which would follow the story line of the rest of the movies, and although Arny wasn't going to be in it, the two main actors in T-3 were going to be....

Well, I got to thinking about T-4 tonight and decided to look up any information about it I could, and I wasn't too impressed to find that neither of the two actors (Strahl or Danes) was going to be in this movie. They've replaced Strahl with Christian Bale. Now, I'm sure Christian Bale (yes, the dark knight) is a probably a better actor, but I really hate it when they change the main character to another actor in movie franchises.

Now, they're saying that this won't be called T-4 but will actually be part of another Terminator Trilogy. Who will replace Claire Danes in the movie? I guess we won't know until next year most likely, as it won't be released until 2009.

I've only seen like a couple of the Terminator TV series, aka the Sarah Conner chronicles, and it seems like they've really went way out there with it as well. For all practical purposes, it doesn't follow much if any of the storyline either....
