Surfing the web tonight, I found an article that says there just may be an Elder Scrolls MMORPG in the works. They also mention a possible KOTOR MMORPG.

I've always thought that the elder scrolls worlds were very mmorpg-like and just needed some on-line content and people.

Apparently, both bioware and beshesda softworks have licensed an online engine called the heroengine, by simutronics.
