The Blu-Ray version of Terminator 3 apparently had to be encoded at 1080i, in order to get the PIP functions to work correctly. Warner blames Sony for not having the correct/final specifications at the time of release.
What happens if you use the PIP functions of T-3 on a blu-ray machine? You get a hard-coded pip, not two seperate picture sources, like the PIP functions of an HD-DVD.
Thanks, blu-camp, for making the war sway even more to the HD-DVD side.
