I just received the copy of burning fist and am very surprised to see that it's a cd-r instead of a factory pressed disc. Are all of GDG releases on cd-rs with inkjet covers?

Well, I finally got a chance to test this game out on my sega cd model 1 unit, and it doesn't even work on a real sega cd. I hope this isn't what they're charging $34 for....

I would have no idea, but I would assume its on a cdr with a custom Burning Fists cover because its not an official release.
Mine worked fine on the JVC X'eye, i love that system.

I didn't realize all of the GDG releases were on CD-Rs. So, imagine my surprise. They really should state on each game page that they are on cd-r backups and not factory pressings. I'm not going to worry about trying to get the problem fixed, since I didn't pay any thing for it, and as a collector, cd-r backups aren't worth any thing. Thanks anyway.
