Description: Which console would that be?

According to several groups, Microsoft has sold more than 100,000 XBOX 360 systems and 400,000 games down under, in a seven month calender. Sony's PS2 only sold about 78,000 consoles and 190,000 games. Besides consoles, the Game Boy Advance sold appx 128,000 systems.

This makes the xbox 360 the fastest and best selling console down under thus far.

Croiky!

Sorry, had to do it.

I wonder how many games have been sold there that involve kangaroos and crocs by chance... likewise I wanna know how many games featuring moose have been sold in Canada.

*shrug*

Australians up until the last couple years were always out of the race, because their technology was so outdated and more expensive, I suppose because of the small population. One of the largest countries in the world, with only like 3% being populated, the other percentage being desert with little or no water sources.

I use to talk to a lot of people from Australia, as well as having shipped them many items on EBAY. Australians are willing to spend more money than us Americans are to get what they want, and unfortunately, if the xbox 360 sells that many, ps3 will sell just as much, if not more. It doesn't matter if they have to pay $1100 aussie dollars or more. They're tired of being the last ones on the technology chain I suppose :/

I actually talk to alot of the people in Australia, quite a few of my online buds are from the land down under, and they are not veryn interrested in the PS3 as I have seen. Most of the Aussies were not really impressed with the PS2 either, so I am thinking that they really may not be too hot with the Playsation at all.
