Ctrl+F= Do the same step again. it should be like Filter>Last Filter
so like Filter------Twirl
or something, then for Ctrl+J
Layer>Duplicate Layer
Ctrl+E
Layer>Merge Down
CTRL+U - Image>Adjustments> Hue Saturation
