this is very easy to do start a new document whatever u would like.
1.take out the gradent tool, and set the mode to difference.

2. make a few random marks so it looks somewhat like this
3.Go to Filter/stylize/glowing edges... set at width-2 brightness=6 smoothness- 5
4. Duplicate your layer.
5. go to edit/transform/flip vertical
6.on the layers bar change blend mode to lighten or darken

7. Press CRTL+E to merge the two layers
8. Duplicate that layer.
9. go to edit/transform/flip horizontal
10.set blend mode to lighten or darken
11.press CRTL+E to merge layers.
OPTIONAL
12. take out the gradient tool which should be set at difference...make a few strokes from the center out to get some differnt designs.
13.press CRTL+U to change colors to whatever u want
14. you done.
this is what mine turned out like for #12 i went 1 stroke up, 1 stroke down, 1 storke to each side.
