Hi all, jezza here. I live in buckinghamshire with my wife who is the main driver of the 1997 freelander 1.8 petrol. (I also drive a '94 cherokee). At the moment the freelander has a noisy rear diff that will have to continue being noisy for a little while longer.

Denotes it as one of the very first models - the black surrounds were also on the preproduction models. Dropped early in 1998.

Cheers for the welcomes. Been a bit quiet as i was on my hols.
It is an early one. The black around the doors had faded but some T cut and it shines again.
