Glad to hear you're back on the road :)
I'll be there all weekend, taking my first tentative steps off road. See the other thread in this section:

Got mine back today, replaced under warranty, except I had to pay an extra £40 labour because of the Mantec sump guard, I know it's got less bolts etc etc but I got a new alternator for £40, well plus the cost of the warranty. I know I should be sensible & not go near water again but I just can't see me doing that [drve]

I'd have had something to say to them about that  It's only got 4 bolts, and is on and off in a fraction of the time of the standard guard. If anything, they should be refunding you for "time not spent"!

Yeah mate I hear what you're saying but the conditions of the warranty say I should declare any mods done, I've got lots of mods done & haven't declared any of them to the warranty company so I really didn't want to make any waves if you follow my drift the word "void" & "modifications" were in the same sentence of the small print.

I'll be marshalling on Sunday. Not sure if I'll have my Freelander or my wifes' DII out on the course but I'll keep an eye out for slightly nervous looking Freelander drivers :)

not nervous here until i come to the water! :o might give the water a swerve :D unless its a puddle

Looking at photos from last year, I can't see any Freelanders at all... Have to change that this year. And the water looks more than a puddle too.
