hi everyone
Is there anyone who can help me my 2000 1.8 3door freelander cut out on me a couple of weeks ago and i can't get it started again. I've replaced plugs, h/t leads, rotor arm, d/cap, crankshaft sensor, coil, engine temp sensor, even tried an ecu but still nothing could it be the throttle position sensor? i,m at my wits end don,t know where to turn next.

would definately try the throttle sensor mate

got it mate the rotor arm was earthing thru the camshaft, and thru all the coding in the e.c.u. out the window, changed the rotor arm got the e.c.u. re-programmed starting first time now thanks for the help
