Why are you leaving, or why did you leave, your last guild?
My last guild was trying to start Kara but was missing 2 or 3 core people and when I suggested we cooperate with another small guild trying to start Kara they said "Whoa Den lets not do anything extreme" Then I did a guild run of shadow labs and it took 7 hours to get to the final boss and give up. Admittedly I probably should'nt have stayed for all 7 hours but still its 7 hours
Why would Empyrean benefit from your membership in the guild?
If you need an extra dps or if you dont mind having a tank who isn't prot spec im there. I don't mind donating things to guildies in mat form but if its more than 50g in money form then no. I do occasionally give runs as well

Tell us about yourself (this is the most important part).
I'm 16 years old 2 months to 17 and I'm in Highschool. I play DND every saturday night from 8PM-12AM and my interests are Drama and Screenwriting. I kinda cut this a bit short so I altered it but to the people who don't know me I'm the silent guy who sits in a corner and to the people who know me I'm the smart-ass who won't shut up In that sense I sort of have a social disposition in that I don't talk until I know how people will judge what I say. I first really became friends Luii when he made some comment about Barman Shanker back when it was good and I made some remark about beating him with an Arcanite Reaper. Back then I was in a guild that was starting to do BWL and I told him so he created a char on my server. I didnt really play the game much back then and I only got in cuz my brother did but by the time Luii got to 60 they had done something that upset my brother and he decided to leave the guild and I followed with him for some unknown reason and thus Luii never got in the guild. So if I do make it into the guild there are quite a few levels of irony in me doing it.
Now the reason why I left Dragonmaw was because all of the good guilds I wanted to join weren't recruiting and all the guilds that wanted me required me to attend 75% or more of the runs so i was stuck with guilds that were trying to start doing raids. But more importantly everyone I knew in real life either never played or transferred off my server. Honestly the only thing I ever did on that server that upset anyone was roll on weapons that Rogues wanted back when I was DW spec.

I jumped into Shadow Labs with this guy about midway through, and I enjoyed my time grouped with him. I didn't have a chance to test him out on a boss that I could steal aggro on, but he was doing well on the trash when I wasn't going apeshit.

Denachu is my real life freind and transferred over to play with me from dragonmaw. hes very laid back and willing to help, so umm a vote from LUII!

did s labs with him he came in for 2 bosses and seemed like a pretty good tank, and a pretty cool guy :D

I got to talk with him a bit more yesterday, and though he's pretty quiet, he seems like a really good guy. I vote to give him a trial membership.

I also ran shadow labs with him, he did just fine, we had our ups and downs but over all it went well. Seems to be a good guy, tell us a little more about you.

server transfer people make me nervous

lol wild, i was also a server xfer from the exact same server. all the end game guilds were never recruiting and it was just a bad envirorment. btw arakis, tehemo and amenti were all server xfer so u better be god damn nervous

This is just a post to draw attention to the fact that I decided to modify my initial post so that it was a little more elaborate now. =P

He's hunted me down numerous times in-game, but they were during times of intense PvE. From the little bit of experience I've had with him I would assume that he is very interested in getting more votes. I would like to run an instance or PvP with you Denachu. Hunt me down again.

Just did a Black Morass with Denachu and he did a great job, I was impressed. Wasn't terribly talkative, but I look forward to spending more time with him.

what i hate tho is the pople that transfer servers to ours and then expect to get into the guild becuase they already app'd. but you know, our guild recruits for personality which you apparently have. so you along with wanting PvE isnt a very big deal at which.... i just get pissy at the X-fers :o

Mr. Malefic’s Guide to Supervillany
As an established supervillan I can comfortably say that superheroes are the least of a supervillan’s worries. Yet nevertheless contemporary writers often identify them as such. Since so many of you fools in the audience are scoffing at me right now I guess I’ll direct this entire lesson towards the Superhero aspect of Supervillany and naturally – I’ll start with the classics:
Superman
Superman is a joke there is no superhero easier to beat than superman. If you don’t believe me just look at the black market – You can get Kryptonite anything these days, bullets, darts – I think I even found a Kryptonite bath set once in case he decided to take a bath in your lair for some reason. Though I will admit nowadays there are so many Kryptonians; Supergirl for example, that I would advise taking the extra precautions.
Batman
Batman Ladies and gentleman… Batman… This guy is such a joke that I am pressed to laugh any time I get an inkling of the notion that he could be a REAL superhero… here I go *laughs* Excuse me… Well anyway – All it takes to beat this guy is the running of an electrical current through the windows of you’re lair. Wait what? That’s so random why would you do that? Simple – Batman always either enters or exits through a window. There are various theories as to why he does this ranging from style to dramatic effect but who cares about that once he has 1000 volts channeling through his heart? *laughs
The Flash
Two words for the Flash my friends, two words: glass walls. That sucker comes running at your base at 500+ mph – bang! Flash! Instant pancakes! And hey if you get the Kryptonite laced glass that’s two heroes crushed against the walls of your lair.

But seriously ladies and gentleman these are the people they say give us pause – these – these self-righteous insolent fools who probably have never seriously planned something a day in their lives. If these are the people stopping your life’s work, then you don’t deserve to be in this room; you are scum; you are insults; you are incompetent fools.

Even tho I am not a full member of Empy yet, I would like to comment on my experience with Denachu. Great player (Tank/DPS), EXCELLENT personality. He jumped on the group I was with - even tho we knew with the makeup of the group it was going to be very hard ( we lacked DPS like MAD) but we were doing it for fun and to spend some time together as friends.
Denachu stayed and played as one of us. He made the run easy but when the run got hard he stayed with us to figure out strategies to get that boss down with what we had. Patience is one thing that I have learned can lack sometimes in a PUG but not once did he lack coolness, if anything he made it funner.

I vote yes. I ran mech with him a while back and ring of blood today. He knows how to play his class well, he picked up on the ogre dude after zuii got man handled by him with ease.

Grouped with him once or twice, seems to be a good kid. He has a lot to learn, but I think he would fit right in with us. -.-
