This was the first lap in the race, but hard for Myran and Mya. Right now they are racing in the All City races. People know Mya as Sabastion's younger sister, she isn't much like him in any way at all. Sabastion is stronger and in a higher level, he and Alexis race in the Ellite Class Dragon Racers. Mya isn't heading in that direction at the point, but she is trying as hard as she can to get to the Academy with her brother.

Mya is now running in 3rd place, behind Caelum and I, and another dragon that was a magma class dragon, I tried to get the rider oof of me as he tried to push me off my dragon nd take first place from me. Mya never liked the idea of fighting in a race, it was just pointless, her brother doesn't like it either, looks like they are similar after all! Myran activated her green ramming gear and thruster gear. "Are you ready," she asked. Myran nodded and Mya pressed the button activating the thruster gear, "ok, let's be craeful and we an easily pass."

Caelum saw Myran comming by, she smiled and pushed the rider and their dragon over, Myran slowed down as he and his dragon plunged infront of them. I laughed and pulled the toggles forward, activation our thursters. Mya glaired and weaved around the dragon. Mya activated her thrusters and pulled the toggles forward, allowing them to catch up. Mya wasn't as skilled as I was, but she was able to race and keep up with me and Caelum. I smiled and looked back to see that they were speeding up quite quickly.

darrk and james watched the race.they had never raced before.they didn't likr the idea.it would reveal darrk's hybridness(lol funny word).

Me and Caelum raced into the mag pits magging on some more gear, but this time we needed aero gear. Caelum magged the gear to her sides and raced away, meanwhile Myran and Mya were heading ther was as well to the pits. "Ok, turn in there, we'll need aero gear and I believe that is all," she commanded. Myran took the response and as she ran past the gear she magged the aero gear to.

darrk wanted to race,he wanted to feel the wind.but he knew he couldn't.

Caelum activated the aero gear and the ramming gear, she then released the thrusters and started to go faster. Getting ready for the leap, Caelum leaped and placed all fours on the edge, then placing her weight in her hinds legs and lifted herself off into the air with the aero gear taking effect.

darrk watched as caleum made her jump.he liked the way she raced.

Caelum smiled and she deactivated the thrusters, she lifted her head up clawing at the air and she dived down. She activated her reple gear and deactivated the aero. The claw flwe and clung to the wall and she swung around and she grabbed the rock with her claws. Pushing her weight; she leaped over the rock and ran straight forward, ahead of Myran and Mya. I smiled as we raced on.

darrk smiled.he liked to watch races but never raced n them.he had had abad ancounter the first time he raced.he was afraid to race agian.

Caelum smelt the finish line, Myran and Mya were comming up fast, Caelum smiled, there's a lot more to a sky class dragon than anyone thinks.

darrk smiled.at least someone was enjoying themselves.

Caelum channeled her energy to her legs and ran faster, dodging those large spinning circle things with spikes at the end and the boards that lift from the ground out of no where. She leeaped and raced her way forward, she smiled and leaped high in the air andd activated her aero gear.

darrk twitched his tail.

Caelum de activated her gear and leaped into the air and landed roughly on the ground racing to the finish line.

darrk sat calmly watching caleum.his black scales shining in the sunlight.

As Caelum came to a stop Myran and mya cossed the finish line, a girl prompted over and handed me the trophy, I held it into the air and everyone cheered for us.

beau sat by darrk."do you miss racing darrk?beau asked.her eyes searched him for any answers.

"C'mon, let's go get washed off and congratuale Mya and Myran," I sadi. Caelum nodded and walked off out of the winner's circle. "Man, you did so well, I am glad I have you, if I wouldn't have found out there at the resturant, none of this would have happened." Caelum smiled and she raced her way to Penn Stables and place the trophy on the rack Connor had provided her.

"sometimes."he answered,"but then i remeber the accident."

A shin glowed in Caelum's eyes of Darrk's skin, she smiled at him and walked forward to Penn Stables.

darrk turned and followed her.he wanted to congradualate her.

Caelum magged me in the stall and I walked out. "You go have a victory fun while I stay here and help Sabastion and Artha move loads in the trailer," I said with a smile. Caelum nodded and watched me fled into the stable helping the two. Caelum bent down and raced off into the streets of the city.

darrk sat waiting.his eyes gold with plaesure.congradualations.he said.

Caelum stopped and looked at hin, she smiled, she didn't know he was comming. "Thanks," she replied.

darrk dipped his head."what do you think i do all day?eat."he laughed.

"I have no idea," she replied, she had great admiration in him and believed in him as much as he does for her.

darrk laughed.he liked caelum.but she had a different future.not one with him.he looked out toward the street.his ack leg sat at an akward angle.darrk winced as pain came from it.darrk stod.every since the crash with alexi he had tried to find a way for him to walk and run and fight.but it was hard.yes he learned how to walk and run.but he ddidn't know what would happen if he couldn't full fill his promis to the boosters.he sat down as his leg stopped paining him.

"What's wrong?" Caelum asked, she cared or him and would do what she could to help. She smiled and lyed by his side.

"leg acting up again."he said.he smiled to let her know it was fine.

But she wouldn't take it, she would try in her will to do what she can. She smiled b ack and helped him get up with her muzzle under his chest.

darrk stood up."i can walk.even if it isn't the same way you walk.at least i can."he smiled.he knew she didn't like to see others hurt.

"I don't see no difference in your walking than mine," she stated.

"look."darrk stood,"look closely."darrk walked forward.his gait was different from most dragons.he raised his left four leg.his right fourleg moved up a little.his right hind leg as up all the way.his left still on the ground.he set down his right fourleg but his left stayed up.then he set his back left down and his left fore leg came down.his right back leg lifted a little.he sorta hobled a little in the strange gait.he ran to the buildin and back.his legs moved the same way only faster o it was more of his right foreleg and left hindleg moved up then down then his left fore leg and right hind leg went down.it was strange to watch.

"It doesn't matter to me that you are different from the others, but all that does is that your alive," she commented.

darrk nodded his head in agreement.

Caelum smiled and got up, looking over the horizon. She snorted and went to Darrk and started to walk.

darrk followed,"what is it?"

"From the day I was born, up until now I have always wondered what my parents had looked like, I only know and seen one of my siblings Myran, but there are more pf us here in DRagon City, she told me and I know it," Caelum replied and then looked away over the city.

"beau is my dad.i never knew my mom.alexis is my sister.it's all so strange."darrk said.

"I never knew my parents, they gave me up at birth. Why? I never knew," Caelum replied. "But I knew Alexis' father and her younger brother Storm."

"soetimes parents can't hold on to the ones they love."darrk said."but you know i am here.i may not replpace a parent but i can comfort you."
