Purus crawled through a air vent. Her belly touching the cold metal. She soon reach a metal exit with tiny slits. Purus pushed on the screen and it soon fell on to the ground. She looked out carefully and jumpped out. Purus landed on the ground easly and looked around. It was a big world out here and she wanted to see ever inch of it. She ran down the street as fast as her legs could take.

Caelum was out side playing in a mud puddle, like usual! It came up to her chest and she put her nose to the mud and blew bubbles, it popped in her face and she fell back laughing. As she was having fun and young dragon was running on the streets, unusual, but she stood there lying in the mud splashing it around. She shook her body and went on a rock and cherry bombed in the mud. She had no family becuase her parents abandoned her when she was young so she has been living on her own for a while. Caelum still wonders who they where, but she'll never know. She is a pure White Draconium dragon, soon she'll be a Sky Class dragon.

She is not much interested in racing right now, but playing. Mud puddles are her favorite along with water, she wished to have a least one or two friends, but it's hard for her since she is a homeless dragon most of them make fun of her becuase she has no parents and is different from the others, she wished someone could just accept her for who she is.

Caelum looks at her reflection in the mud and she gats a sad look in her face and pulls her face away from the reflection.

Purus hopped down the street like there wasn't a care in the world. Her tail fin bodding up and down as she went. Purus looked up and saw a noddle stand and some people eating. She sniffed the air, it sure smelt good. Purus walked to the stand and got into her back legs, with the help of her tail fin. She let out a cute yip, hoping that these people would give her some. One person handed her around piece of fish that had a red spiral in it (a naruto is a small fish cake that is in noddles sometimes). Purus ate it and another one soon followed. Her front paws returned to the ground. She smiled with the naruto in her mouth and walked away. Purus noticed a white hatchling looking at her.

Caelum smiled and went back to playing. A rat was making a noise in a nerby trash can. Caelum turned her head with her tail in the air. Caelum jumped and ran out of the puddle hopping on a box and landing in the trash she came out with the rat in her mouth, she dropped it and saw it scurry, she placed her paw infront of it hopping and prancing like a cat. Her tounge struck out while running, hoping it not being accedently being bitten.

Purus looked at the rat run by and the white hatchling ran after it. Purus swallowed her naruto and jumpped in between the rat and the hatchling. The hatchling tried to stop, but she couldn't and smacked right into Purus. They rolled like a big ball and the rat escaped into a dark ally. Purus let out a goan as the other hatchling sat on her back.

Caelum shook her headd and got up, she snarled a little and she noticed it was a baby dragon. She put hr lips down and backed away as Ourus got up. She smiled and ran back down the ally. She never was capable of making freinds. She hid by a trash can and panted really hard for all her running. Purus looked around looking for the hatchling.

Purus ran down the ally. She wasn't sure want was so fun about chasing a fuffy animal. Purus stopped and saw the rat in a corner. She got on to her stomach, trying not to look so big and crawled forwards. The rat's whiskers twichted as she came closer, but the rat didn't move. Purus stopped moving and let the rat have a look at her. The rat walked around her, as if trying to figure out what she was. Slowly she lifted up her head and watch the rat run around her. Purus giggled as the rat ran up her back and tickleing her as it ran.

Caelum put her legs down and went to sleep in the box she found. She placed her head in her paws and fell asleep. A dragon was running down the ally way. Purus stopped and saw the baby dragon, she walked up to her and said "Hello." Caelum got up blinking her eyes. She placed her head down and backed away. Purus smiled and said "Don't worry I won't hurt you." Purus' words seem to confort her.

"Where are your mommy and daddy," asked Purus.

"Gone, they left me ever since I have been in an egg, so I have been on my own for a while. I have a cousin, but I don't know where he is. You?" Replied Caelum.

Purus sat down, "I think a have a mommy and daddy, but I have never seen them before. I think my daddy's name is Test and my mommy's name is Tube."

"Like science, Test Tube, there one. I never knew mine. Actually I never got a chance and probably never will. It'll have to take a miracle for me to ever see them again," said Caelum looking at the ground playing with a pebble.

Purus tilted her head, she didn't know what the word science ment, but she didn't bother asking. She waved her tail and that cause trash to fly all over the place. "I am going to walk around some more," said Purus, "do you want to come?"

"Sure, I know every bit of Dragon-City, so where do you want to gooooo, ooooh puddle!" Replied Caelum. Caelum jumped and belly flopped into a puddle. She smiled, closed her eyes and blew a bubble. POP, it went in her face, she laughed until Purus came over then she smiled and got up all muddy on her body. Except for the top of her back, that was clean.

"How about the race track," said Purus, "I never seen a real race before." Purus shook off the mud from her scales. The mud went everywhere.

Caelum smiled and took her to a race track. "Be careful around here too many racers come by here and may trample us, so stay here and I'll tell you when to come." Said Caelum. Caelum went to the track looking both ways. "Ok it looks clear from here." Caelum went out into the road and there was a large dragon infront of her. The dragon snorted and smiled. Caelum's eyes got wider and her mouth opened wide, Purus was telling her to run back.

"Run, NOW!," said Purus, but Caelum stood there motionless. Some abandon dragons wonder around the highway and roads, but most are mean. It's rare to see a kind loving dragon becuase their revenge is all caught up on their owner who abandond them when they were young.

Purus ran on to the highway and pushed Caelum out of the way. They both tumbled off the highway.

A dragon racer was runningat them. Both got up and bolted to the other side. Caelum and Purus were panting really hard. "Thanks!" Said Caelum. "I nearly dided or we....both...did!" Caelum finished taking breathes in between.

Purus looked at the adults dragons run. Her eyes sparkled, "how do they go so fast?"

"When you get older I think your speed increases, it's all in the draconium, Gold for aerobattics and stunts, blue for balance, green for bashing, white for speed and red for something. And their long legs!" Answered Caelum.

"I don't know what color I am, but I will find out one day," said Purus. She crawled a bit closer to the track to have a better view.

"You look like a mix breed of purple and white maybe a wee bit of gold. Not like the one and only Beau though! I am a white draconium dragon I know that for sure. How? Watch!" said Caelum. Caelum went up and found a rock magged it and placed it infront of Purus. "See the color of my draconium, it's white. That's how I knew. Can you mag yet?" Asked Caelum.

"Not let," said Purus. "Well not good anyways. My mags go all over the place."

"Oh, just be thankful you can!" Said Caelum with a smile on her face. "Let's got to the track then."

Purus walked to the back of the track with Caelum at her heels. Purus had never saw so many dragons in one place before. She started to skip, but wasn't watching were she was going and smacked right into a large dragon leg. Purus let out a whine and looked up.

The dragin lift it's foot up and saw a young dragon behind it. The dragon smiled and roled it's eyes. Purus scrambled and ran to Caelum. "Pretty soon they're gunna race. It's amazing in what they can do, when were adults we'll be able to do that!" Said Caelum watching them line up. They lined up at the starting line and waiting for the ligh to flash green. Red. Red. Green and they're off.

Purus watched them go and carefully went out on the track. She jumpped on to the starting gate and stood on her back legs to have a better view.

" You shouldn't be in there. Guards will come and take you away." Said caelum worried.

"I won't be here for long." Replied Purus. Caelum saw a gurd heading their way.

"Get off the track their comming." Warned Caelum. The guard jumped over the sideline. "Well, what do we have here. A little young one for the pound." Said one of the guards.

"Get it!" Said the other. Caelum ran and pushed Purus out of the way. They both leaped over the railing. caelum got stuck over the ledge. Purus pulled her off and the guard hit the railing. "Come back here."

Caelum and Purus ran and looked back. Caelum smiled and looked on forward. "We're causing this city loads of trouble!" Said Caelum walking with Purus. "You know I never had a friend before. Your my first."

"Really?" Purus replied. Caelum shook her head, in a response of "yes".

"Now that is neat," said Purus, "you are my first dragon friend. I sometimes play checkers with a human call Cain, but thats about it."

"How? Well other dragons think I am weird, other just don't like me becuase I am homeless. My parents abandonded me. So I have been all alone playing in my favorite thing: mud puddles!" Replied Caelum.

Purus heard a growl. She looked around to see were it was coming from, but it was coming from her stomach. "I am going to go back to that noddle stand to get some more narutos," said Purus.

"Do you want me to come?" Aksed Caelum looking down at the ground and at another puddle anhead.

"Sure you can come," said Purus. "Maybe you can get some narutos as well."

"Ok, I am hungry anyway!" Caelum's stomach growls very loudly. Caelum looks up and blushes. Caelum follows Purus to where the narutos were being held.

"I think the trick is to look as cute as you can possible be," said Purus. She reached the stand and out onto her back legs. Purus growled cutely and a naruto was given to her. She swallowed it whole. "How you try," she said and front paws returned to the ground.

For the pointers revieved by Purus, Caelum stood and placed her front paws on the stand, wagged her tail and growled cutly. She sucked in to make her as skinny as possible. In an instant narutos where in a bowl in front of her. She at quite fast though, for she hadn't eatin in a long time. "Hmm those were great." Said Caelum, licking the sides of her chops.

Purus carefully took another naruto from the bowl and ate it. "It tast fishly," she said.

"Thats why i don't eat them. They always tatse fishy."Darrk Hyrt stated,"Though I never do get food from these people anyway. they gave me some once though." His eyes sparkeled as his wild spirit raced through his body,"I go through trash bins. works for me."

"You pick through trash" I jump in mud puddles!" Said Caelum with a smile on her face. "What's your name?"
