The White Sledding gear slid on the tube. Storm moved his paws back and forth to keep him steady. Storm also had White Areo, Rapple and Red Thusters equiped. Piper Looked behind her to see if anyone was coming, but there wasn't.

Alexis was not racing today she sprained her ankle trying to help Sabastion fix up the stables. Alexis was there to train her little brother helping him for the Accademy. Alexis told Storm on the next turn get the Aero ready, there is a jump he will have to make. If he makes it he will be in first place position. Sabastion came to Alexis and rubbed her leg to stop the pain. Storm was coming to the corner.

The Dragtube started to end. Piper turn on the Aero gear and it shot out to the side, but didn't hit the sides of the tube. She then turned on the thruster to gain some speed. The end of the tube started to come closer and closer. "Ready Storm," asked Piper. Storm nodded his head. At the last minute Piper withdrew the sledding gear. Storm's front paws hit the edge of the tube and he pushed off. Storm flew out of the tube like a rocket. Piper could hear other racers coming out of their tubes. She shut off the thuster and Storm glidded through the air.

Just a few more miles Storm thought Alexis. Storm was nearly close to the finish line. Piper looked back. They were a little ahead of the racers. Storm ran to the mag pits and magged some Green Rammimg Gear. Storm hit the corner and ran. "Almost there Storm" yelled Alexis. Storm was feelig a little happy. Storm leaped and ran through the finish line. "YAY" cried Alexis. Alexis limped over to congratulate him. "Great job little brother, your great already!" Storm smiled as Piper stood on his back with the trophy in her hands.

Piper moved the trophy in her hands, "it's so shinny." Storm chuckled and looked at Alexis. "How is your limp," asked Storm.

"It's doing fine I guess. Nice job out there. You've learned well. They'll be pitifull if they don't choose you for the accademy." Replied Alexis. Alexis lifted her leg and walked on to her stable.

Piper got off of Storm and gave him a pat. "I am going to put this away," she said. Piper walked away. Storm walked up to his sister, "Piper and I will get into the Accademy some day. Piper is just having a bit of trouble contoling my mag engery for mag moves." Storm looked at the ground saddly, "it hurts her when she tries to channel my engery."

"It'll be ok, someday she'll learn. Just like me and Sabastion. He learned, it may have taken a while, but we both did it together. One day you both will be ready you just have to wait till the time comes. K little bro?" Alexis smiled ans walked to her stable. Storm kept his sieters words in his head. Thats the best advice she has given me and maybe shes right, it just takes time. Storm thought to himself.

Storm walked into his stall and mag off all the gear from his body. He laid on the ground and closed his eyes.

Alexis and Sabastion walked into the stall, shut the door, turned on the lights and put on a heating pad to make her leg feel better. "Tomarrow we go and see the doctor and see how you are doing." Said Sabastion placing the pad on her leg. Alexis nodded and closed her eyes and placed her head on his lap. Sabastion put his arms behind his back and fell asleep on her stomach listening to her breath and feeling the warmth of her belly.

Storm opened his eyes and saw Piper with a dragball in her hands. "Storm do you want to play, the night is still young," said Piper. Storm nodded his head and got to his feet. Piper ran out side and through the ball as hard as she could. Storm chase after it, with Piper running behind him.

Alexis woke up from a noise it was Storm with the ball magged in the air and Piper chasing him. Alexis smiled and fell back asleep. Stprm stoppped with Piper rubbing his noise he smiled and magged her to his saddle.

The Dragball bonced on the ground and Storm magged it up to Piper. She held the ball in her hands and through it against a stall door. Storm used his mag enegry to give the ball a speed boost and the ball blasted through the door. Piper covered her eyes as she heard a very loud bang inside the stall.

Alexis jerked and got up. She opened her door and ran somewhere else. A dragon needs her beauty sleep, Alexis thought. Storm smiled and said "Whoops!" Piper got up dizzy. Storm magged her. Sabastion came out.

"What is going on out her? You know we have a Dragball prcatice thing down in the ancient tunnels. Why don't you use those, Connoe will help you!" Sabastion shook is head and walked to get ready for Alexis' stuff ready for the doctors. Alexis came back an hour or two to go to the doctors. "We'll be back Alexis has to have her check up with Dr. Freeman. So NO fooling around you to." Sabastion said clearly. They both nodded.

Storm whistled and looked away with his eyes partly closed. Piper looked at the door that hand a hole in it from the night before. "I guess I need to fix that up," said Piper.

Alexis and Sabstion where at Dr.Freemans office. "It should get better in a matter of a few weeks." Said the Dr.Freeman. "But you should give this to her every 6-8 hours. It should help the pain and healing."

"Thanks" Said Sabastion taking the medicine from his hands. "I'll do that. Come on girl lets go." Alexis magged him to her back and turned and graduly went into a gallop.

Piper put a peice of metal in front of the hole and pressed it into place. She took a couple steps back and looked at it. "It kind of looks out of place," said Piper. Storm nodded his head in agreement.

When Alexis and Sabastion arrived they saw Piper and Storm trying to fix the door. Alexis limped over magged the boared. "Hey." Said Piper. Alexis smiled and bent down slowly and put force into her mag and magged at the door. She pulled the dent and the door was fixed. She roled her eyes and limped to her stall. Storm looked at the door. "Oooh, so that's how you do it!" Said Storm looking at the door.

"Storm, why can't you do mags like that?" asked Piper. Storm shugged and Piper patted his head. "We could fix everything around here." Storm smiled and went to see if Alexis was okay.

Alexis' head poked up once she saw Storm walked in.

"What did the doctor say," asked Storm.

"I have to have this on for about2 weeks and take some medicine every 6-8 hours. I know a lot!" Repiled Alexis "But it still hurts."

Storm stuck out his tougne, "I hate medicine. I hate it even more when they tell you it is suposed to tast good, but doesn't."

"Yeah I know, but it hurts so I have to take. Unless You want me to feel pain and not get better!" Said Alexis to Storm.

Storm shook his head, "I just hope you get better."

"Thanks, I am glad you feel that way." replied Alexis with a smile on her face. " You should get some rest. Little ones like you need it!" Said Alexis to Storm.

Storm nodded his head and jogged out of Alexis's stall and went into his own. He closed his eyes and had a rest.

Joe heard the news about Alexis and was a little worried about his neice. "Alexis?" "Yes?" "It's you favorite uncle...Joe" Joe chuckled
"Sorry I was'nt here earlyier I had some.. Booster busness.." "It's ok.. nothing serious right?"
"No.. just regular stuff.. Wraiths being stupid." "So how are you feeling? Do you need anything?" "No...no I'm fine." "Alright well I'll see what your little brother is doing before I take a good long nap.." Joe then yawned and walked out...

Storm looked carefully at some white gear that hanged on the wall. It had a nice shine to it. He mag on the white sledding gear and turned it on. Storm legs pushed to the side and he started to move foward. He also waved his tail fin to side to side to get some more speed.

Alexis was happy to see Joe there. She smiled and went back to sleep. Joe and Storm saw Sabastion walk by with medicine in his hand. "What's that?" Asked Joe.

"Alexis' medicine, it'll help her heal." Replied Storm.

"Oooh. Well I hope she gets better." Said Joe.

"Me to" Replied Storm.

"Alexis it's time for your medicine. Here ya go, just open your mouth." Said Sabastion. Alexis did as asked and opened her mouth and swollowed the medicine. She gazed at him and went back to sleep. "Sweet Dreams Alexis."

Storm herd what Sabastion said. He poked his head up and said to Joe "He's putting her to sleep. While I outta......" Joe cut him off by grabbing his tail and pulling him back.

"For being young your quite stupid, not in a offensive kind of way, but he ment like Good Night. When you sleep you say Sweet Dreams or Good Night to one another." Explaining Joe to Storm.

"Ooooh. Whoops. I didn't know. How was I supposed to know. I am stupid remember!" Said Storm reminding Joe. Joe rolled his eyes and walked away.

Storm watch his uncle go, but then skated beside him with the white sledding gear on his feet. "So, have you betean up any wraith dragons recently?" asked Storm.

Alexis walked around the stables. Her leg was still quite sore, but she managed. She went in one of the stalls in the back. She poked around and saw Sabastion on the trach behind the stables. She smiled, layed down and watched him pack boxes into a truck. Sabastion came over and told her "I have to go to work, I'll be back soon. I'll have Artha give you your medicine. Ok?" Alexis replied with a nodd and Sabastion hugged her nose and went off.

Joe then peeked into his stall "Roxan must be out..." at tha second Miracle ran out and hit Joe's leg. "Miracle!?" She shook her head and starred at him "Sorry little one for yelling at you.. You scared me.."
"Sorry Dad it's just they left without me..Mom and my siblings that are just so mean.." "Wellwhy don't you see if Storm will play with you.. While I take a nap.. now if you need anything feel free to wake me up ok?" "Ok" Miracle ran off as Joe settled on the floor to rest.

Storm spung around on his sledding gear. He stopped and decide to put them away. He slid back into his stall and mag the gear off his feet. Storm turned his head and saw a little blue hatchling on the ground, looking up at him with big round eyes. It was his cousin Miracle.

Miracle starred at Storm for a moment "Whatcha doing Storm?" "Uhhh nothin.." He starred around "So you wanna play..or.. Mmm" Miracle sat and pondered "Well how about we play with some gear?" "Well I'm not shere if I can mag well enough.." "That's ok I'll teach you." "realy thanks storm..though they mabe to big.."

Storm looked thoughtfully, she was right about that. He had to find a piece of gear that Miracle could not hurt herself on, or at least not too badly. Sledding gear would be a good start. "Okay Miracle, I am going to show you how to mag that Sledding gear," said Storm. "First you have to focus your thoughts to the gear. If your mind isn't focused, then you can say it out loud, that helps." Storm slowly charged up a mag and sent it out at the Sledding gear. The pods landed nicely on the backs of Storm's legs. Another set of Sledding gear hung on the wall. "Why don't you try how," said Storm.

Alexis walked to her stables. Artha came in with her medicine for her leg. "How is it girl?" He asked. She winned as he held it up. "Ill be very careful, tell me when it hurts. Ok?" Alexis nooded her head. When it was over Artha took the banaged off and replaced it. The swelling was going down. Alexis kept it up and layed back down. Crudus came in sat in front of her, then layed down. He smiled at her and looked back as Joe, Miracle and Storm were doing their lesson on magging gear.

"Ok Storm!" "she then closed her eyes and consentrated.. all her though where of the gear then a little mag pulsed threw and she magged the gear from off the wall on. "Look Storm I did it!!" she prancd around with the gear on.

Storm chuckled to himself as Miracle jumpped up and down like a rubber ball. "Why do you try to activated the sledding gear?" asked Storm. "It is almost like magging the gear, just think 'I am go to turn on the gear.'"

Darrk Hyrt shot by, his white sled and red thruster activated. he whised by the other dragons. His rider clinging on for dear life. Practicing on a track was hard. especially when this was the first time they used the sled gear.
