James lay sprawled on the gound, he couldn't breathe. Darrk had left to get help. James' inhaler had fallen over a railing and was missing.

Darrk teleproted right next to Alexis."Help! James can't breathe and his inhaler's gone!"

Alexis immediatly got from her spot, James was never her enemy nor friend to her, he was like family and she needed to help, "Take me there and I will help find his inhailer," Alexis said.

Darrk shot a mag stream at her and lept to the air. One stroke of his wings and he and Alexis teleported to James. James was in the same condition as he was last, only now he was trying to search for the inhaler himself.
"It's horzantal design and it should have a blue glow to it," Darrk told Alexis, then he started searching, "And... thank you for coming."

Alexis nodded, "Your more than welcome. I know he means more to you, I will do what I can," she replied arching her back heading off, then sha paused, "try retracing your steps on where you went. You can find things just by doing that."

Darrk nodded, he didn't want to lose James like he had his previous rider. He started to retrace his steps. Still no sign.

Alexis looked and sniffed around, then she got it. She raced over to James and sniffed his jacket. Why? If she got a scent of him she would be able to track the inhailer. The inhailer was attached to him which has his DNA and smell on it. While sniffing a scent of James filled the air, it must have been the inhailer. Following the scent Alexis came apon a railing, but it was no where to be found.

Darrk kept looking, he was scared. Could the inhaler have fallen of the road?

Walking forward close to the railing Alexis placed both of her front paws on the railing. Looking down Alexis still couldn't spot the inhailer. So, she placed her back paws as well on the railing and leapt down on a ledge, searching the area.

darrk went behind james searching. still no sign of it.

Sniffing the sent of James filled the air, a trailer blew forward. So, Alexis followed the scent to where it was going to be taken.

Darrk lifted his head and sniffed the air. Something else was close, but that was a different matter.

Alexis looked up at the railing, she swore she had herd something. Maybe, it was just her mind laying tricks on her. So, she went back to looking. Then a rustling nose came upon over the railing, Alexis stopped in her tracks again, but nothing happened, quickly the nose shot from the rail and hit the ledge, there was a tickong noise under her, strange Alexis began to back away from the noise... but, too late. The tick stopped, and a loud click sounded a blast right under her. The ledge broke taking Alexis down with it.

"ALEXIS!"Darrk yelled. Then there was a flash of black light where James was. And a very loud crack. The landing was splitting in half. Darrk gripped with his claws. but still slipped. he gathered speed as he fell. Then landing with a thud he didn't get up, waiting for the dust to settle.

A piece of the ledge was up on top of her, holding her down as she fell into the abyss of Dragon City, she was unable to turn her body around and release her golden wingspan, from there was free fall. Alexis tried to shift the cement piece off of her, but not luck, it was heavier than she imagined. Her back leg slipped and slammed on the rock, which gave pain in her knee. Crying in pain, Alexis looked up as she no longer saw the ledge. Looking down there was a building, with a stair wall, she should be able to do something with her mag energy, for it was high than low.

He stood, shook his head and rushed over to see where Alexis was."ALEXIS!"

Alexis was far out of his reach, and beyond stretches. Falling vigerously, Alexis charged up a mag stream and flipped her body, shooting the mag at the building below her. A shiled hovered over her entire body as she free fell.

"ALEXIS!"He yelled again. He didn't want to lose her. And where was James? There had been the light.

Breaking the fall - mostly - Alexis' back crashed with the buildings roof as she tumbled to the edge falling from there. Eventually, she slid and rammed the top of a large dumpster, falling to the ground. Her back ached as she got up from the death drop. Inhailing and exhailing, Alexis looked up to see that she was far from Dragon City, or at least from up there anyway.

"ALEXIS!" Darrk Hyrt yelled for a third time,"ARE YOU OK?"

Being too far down from his position, Alexis couldn't hear a word that he sad or was saying. Getting up from the crash landing - which was rough - Alexis whined as it felt like one of her ribs broke along with a leg. But, it was just her, nothing was broken, for all she knew anyway. What is this place? She asked herself. The place was abandoned, empty, dead, nothing lived here. Not one rat, human, dragon, hydrag, nothing. It was like a Graveyard. Was it? Alexis knew not, and didn't want to be in this place no longer.

Darrk was worried, "alexis?" maby she could hear him that way.

Darrk? She herd him by though then. That' the only way how though to. Looking around the abandoned place, Alexis' scales pricked. Inhaling and exhaling intensely, Alexis herd movement. And it wasn't her, it was something else. Darkseekers.

"Alexis, where are you? Do you need help, are you hurt?" he was sounding like an annoying parent.

True, he was. But, Darrk was worried and she understood that. I'm fine. I maybe hurt just a little, but I have no idea what this place is and where I am! Alexis replied.

"Do you want me to come down there and help you out of there?"

No. No, I'm fine. I can do this myself. In the meantime, you go and look for James' inhaler, Alexis said as she wondered the abandoned place.

"ok"He said, but something told him it was too late.

Alexis felt his concern as her own, but she was to do this on her own and get the heck out of the place, no matter what means that she comes across or anything that vows on her. She will get out alive and well, but from the time being, she will investigate the place for further notice.

It was too late to fnd the inhaler. James was controlled by Silintary. But he was missing as well.
Darrk felt something hit his claws. He looked down, the inhaler. He snorted.

Tension grew in her muscles as she pondered the place. Creepy it was, being too dark and dead for anything to be living here. Tar, soot, and ash was to be found practically all over the place. Was there a fire here? What was it that has done this to this place? This city... this place was - was home to people and creatures. Alexis looked around the buildings only to see that they were black, with little smoke arising from the windows and base. Windows were shattered and broken, while others were cracked. Buildings were either broken down and slanted on their sides or tumbled to the ground where they'll lie for ever. As Alexis walked a slow, but steady paste, she noticed that half of the city wasn't burnt to crisp, it was dead and clear. No sunlight, no burnt or toppled buildings, no nothing. Like there was an evacuation that went here. Something must have aroused from the beneath the surface and killed this place. Along with what had lived her. Must have been years ago since this happened. But, if it had, why is there still smoke rising from the buildings and windows? That's what struck her confusion. Alexis had no clue, but she was beginning to hate this place.

Darrk looked up. "James, where are you?" He said softly.

A cold draft brushed against her scales. A piece of paper tumbles across the road and into a wall. There was no where for it to go, besides the wall. Perking her head up, she could hear a distant roar. It faded out, then sounded again. As Alexis inhaled and exhaled, she could see her breath. A simple white cloud that streamed up once she exhaled. Becoming rushed, Alexis moved about the dead road, only to wish that she did have company, but either way, she is going to have to do this on her own. The sky was black, no sunlight, and very little warmth. It was cold, dead, abandoned, and black down where she is. But, - but up there, there is sunlight, people in the cities, and warmth. Why not here? Does the rest of the city know about this place? If they did, then they tried very hard for others not to know about it.

What ever went wrong here, must have been big to cause such damage. Alexis then came to a halt, something scurried in the shadows. It's claws scathed the road as it moved about in the darkness. Darkness Falls, and then there are things that live in it, she doesn't want to know what, but it is getting on her nerves. "What goes there?" Alexis asked, unaware of her surroundings.

no answer, bad sighn.
A rustle came from down the road.

But, there was no answer but a clatter of claws on the concreate road. Snarling, a hiss escaped her mouth. Her eyes wandered all around her, following the motions as the creature went.

Darrk sat down,"James?"

There was a sudden skid behind her, there lying on the road was a blood trail, but it wasn't red... but black. Now what creature has she seen that's small with black blood?

Black eyes peered from the darknesss, it could see Darrk Hyrt, but he couldn't see it.
Silintary.

Walking over to the blood spilled trail, Alexis' eyes trailed up to where it headed. It headed out into a dead and dark road. Only one light was on throughout the entire road, soon it will be like the others and die out. Snarling, Alexis took a step back only to be stepping on something else. Turning her head, there was a large boned dragon with it's gaping mouth at hers then...

"ALexis!" Darrk yelled as felson rammed into his side. The long dead dragon grabbed Darrk's throat in his jaws and tightned his hold. Darrk could barley breath.

The dragon locked it's jaws on her neck and pushed her into a wall still with a tight grip. Alexis hollered, but still held onto her breath.
