It was the middle of Spring, dragons were being born and Spring Break was out for younger kids. It was good buisness for others, with the kids' pockets full with cash.
Not for Domonic though, he has Collage to go through, and he to was on Spring Break. He excelled in his classes and skipped 2 grades and went to Collage, taking 4 years of training and arts. But, right now he has to clean the stalls for the dragons, feed them, and clean them. It was hard for him to get near Nikki though. She wouldn't allow him near her, even though she was his dragon, she still wouldn't allow it at any circumstances.
Domonic went to a stall and picked up a bucket, sponge, pitch fork, and a wheel barrow. Dragons do tend to get messy in their stalls! "Why do I have to clean this up?" Dom complained, "Why can't Artha or Lance do it?" Dom placed the barrow into the stall with the pitch fork in hand. The dragon stood outside of the stall in the cool shade drinking from a tub of water that was left for him. "Boy, does it smell in here," Domonic whinned. He grabbed a bandana from his pocket and binned it around his face and left his hair, ears and eyes exposed. Dom signed and went right to work.
"Shesh, your messy, I wish you guys can clean your fecies on your own. Life would be much happier," he said as he cleaned the stall picking up the dragon's left overs and placing it in the barrow. The dragon rolled it's eyes and laughed, then it went back to drinking. As Domonic was finished with the stall, he released the dragon back in and pulled the bandana down. He pushed the barrow on the other side into a pit. On a board lye some fluid to start fires. Domonic squirted it over and lit a match. He threw the match into the pit and went back to the other stalls and continued with his work.
As he was finished, Domonic turned to Nikki's stall, as he pressed a button on the panel, the door slid open, Revealing a black and gold dragon. Nikki snarled and hissed as he came in, "Don't worry girl it's just me," Domonic said to her.
Just my luck, Nikki said to herself.
Domonic placed the equpiment by the stall door and went over to her. Nikki backed up against the back on the stall, snarling. "I am not going ot hurt you, I just need you out there so I can clean your stall," Domonic said calming her down. Nikki stopped snarling as he told her.
I hope that's all your going to do, she snarled. Domonic lead her outside in the shde by a tub of water. He went back to the stall work and began his chores. The human doesn't know when to quit. Never the less, shall I give. Nikki went back to gulping up the water and listening to Domonic clean up her stall. Which was the less of a pigsty than the others. Which ment less work for him!

Sydney, near by was brushing Miracle after just getting back from there daily ride together.
Sydney reached in her pocket to find her card to pay for Miracles drink of water.
What's taking so long... Miracle whined under her breathe. Sydney looked up and pulled the card out.
"Here it is." she grinned. Miracle, then stepped forward and put her head in the binand began to drink.
"There you go girl. You deserve it, you did very well today." Sydney smiled.
When Miracle was finished they both walked over to a gear shop to look for a miniute,
or two before heading out again. Sydney walked out of the store with a brand new, just polished, Red Thruster gear. Miracles eyes widdend as she walked out. "How about this girl?" Sydney smiled, as Miracle magged it on.
Sydney, then mounted Miracle and put her helmet on. "Now let's go home. We'll try the gear tomarrow, ok girl?" Miracle nodded and they headed towards Penn stables.

As Dom was finished he went to Nikki whom was still gulping water from the tub, "Ok," he said brushing his head with his arm, "you can go back in now!" Nikki snarled.
What if I don't want to? Nikki snapped, and of course he can hear her, but she can hear him. Domonic stared at her and tried to pull her back in.
"C'mon, you have to be in here," Domonic said. Nikki snarled and slammed her claws into the dirt.
No one is forcing me to do what! Nikki barked back and pulled back with Domonic going face first into the ground. Nikki laughed and snorted.
"It was so funny I forgot to laugh," Domonic sneered. Nikki didn't like his attitude, she snarled at his statement. "Don't give me that. It was your fault so don't get mad at me." Nikki rolled her eyes and hissed then walked back into the stall. Domonic got up and closed the stall door. "Stupid dragon. What did I ever do to her, all I am trying to do it help, and she's my dragon. She shouldn't be acting like that," Domonic said to himself. He shook his head and walked back into his own stall. Nikki opened her door and walked out, she herd everything he said and snarled, but he was right. She snorted and walked down to his stall.
