So Kate Jackson is to star as emily's mom. <_<

This just screams "emotion", with the way prentiss is being treated by dr spencer reid, his "problem" and the general state of "the team", I am so excited to see this episode!

I loved Charlies Angels...yes dating myself, not the movie the show...yes still dating myself, the original show.

I admit it! I loved Charlie's Angels too! How could you not love those Aaron Spelling shows! Sickening isn't it Jentzer to think how many of these young members hear "Charlie's Angels" and think of Drew Barrymore. And would probably say "Farrah who?"

Stroll back to the 70's with us young ones - the first time bellbottoms were in style. Big hair....it was all very groovy! :lol:

I'm looking forward to seeing this one too. Something about a former Charlie's angel as Emily's mother.....it just fits! I wonder what we can learn about Emily from mom.

This could help me appretiate ms prentiss, cause I love her mom...this sounds a <_< bit odd..however....they sort of both have that dark look, like I said the emotion...

Kate Jackson was incredible in the scenes I watched them tape and she is very nice. :)

I wanted to hurl watching the Charlies Angels movies.......they sucked so bad. Hollywood needs to stop redoing stuff and come up with something better.

Point being can't wait to see the relationship between Emily and her Ambassador Mother. I truly believe you can learn a whole lot about a person when you see them interact with their mommy!!

I was trying to think if emily was a brat, or ignored as a child; could I spot imprints from hostility? was she a bed wetter? (looking at all aspects of the full homicidal triad) :D

NOTHING......but in comes Sabrina Duncan (she was by the far the smartest angle). lol
so now, great visual, very positive vibe (mredb, what great casting!!), and hopefully the interaction and story line will fill some holes and answer some questions.........

and ducking here, moving away from the screen.......MAYBE it will be the emily show, NOT the reid hour of "addiction YES or NO....that is still the unanswered question" :D

Haha. Sadly, I actually like those cheesey redo's of Charlie's Angels. I'm one of the younger members, but I actually know who Farrah Fawcett is. :D God me!!

Well......I don't think the relationship between Emily and mom was what I expected but I did enjoy seeing Kate Jackson again. Maybe she'll be back again in another episode. I did notice we got a few returning guests in last night's episode - Agent Anderson (I think that was his name...the one who took Elle home when she got shot) and Agent Cramer from "Natural Born Killer" Maybe now that Ambassador Prentiss doesn't have an assignment she'll show up again.

Doesn't anyone have a father in their life?

I thought this episode was to be the venue for emilys coming out party...finally a reason to jump up and say you go girl!
Seems odd to bring in a character, and then find out she is sort of being pushed aside, (no postings in awhile), and becoming a little bored. The "lets do lunch" just was not the dramatic ending I was looking for.

I was not expecting Sabrina Duncan, but I was expecting a lot more from the character.

Did anyone notice Kate Jacksons "hands" during all her shots? Was that real? She was always rubbing them, sort of like a nervous gesture?

But why would they send agent Anderson to Alaska? I mean they're perfectly willing to have a functioning drug addict continue to work with them so why get rid of a guy for being stupid and letting an agent be shot? <_<
