Title: Superbowl episode (part 1 of 2)
Description: the next new episodes sound good
I love this show! - January 27, 2007 03:41 AM (GMT)
I was just reading the clip about the next new episodes (airing Sunday Feb 4 after the superbowl and then the conclusion Wed Feb 7) They sound like pretty good episodes (especially if you are a Reid fan...sounds like we may get to learn a bit more about his background.)
"Part 1 of 2. The team pursues what is believed to be a team of killers that sets up computer webcams to record murders and then posts them on the Internet. The killer is actually one man (James Van Der Beek) with multiple personalities, and as the team closes in on him, one of the agents faces a life-threatening situation.
Conclusion. The team's urgency to find the killer increases when they realize he's holding Reid captive and they see a live feed of a bound and drugged Reid, who flashes back to his own troubled childhood while drifting in and out of consciousness."

I just updated my site with this stuff...OMG I kid you not I will be sick for 3 days waiting to see if something bad happens to Reid. I mean, they can't get rid of him can they? I love that man..may his genius conquer all!!!

im not hating on Reid, so dont get me wrong when i say this, but i think they're making alot of episodes based on Reid and its getting a little bit tiring for me. but, otherwise it sounds like it would make for a great episode and i love James Van Der Beek so...

They do make a lot of episodes featuring Reid.....personally I like it because he's one of my favorites. It actually has been awhile since they had one about Reid though (the one where the kid was fantasizing about killing prostitutes) or maybe that just seems so long ago because we've had so many weeks without new episodes?
I don't think they're planning on killing him off or anything in this episode.....I'm curious to see what we will learn of his childhood - hopefully it's not as sad as Morgan's!

Argh omg sounds amaaazing!
I don't want anything to happen to Reid! Haha god I'm so obsessed...

If they would ever dare kill Reid off I promise you I will be sick for work on Monday and I will be litterally sick. If they don't kill Reid off it looks like a cool episode.

I don't think they'd get rid of Reid unless MGG really wanted out of the show or something (and I'm happy to say I haven't heard of anything like that! I hope he sticks around for a long time.)

Just a thought here but I wonder if they are featuring Reid in this episode just because he's one of the most popular and easy to identify with.....they keep talking about how many people will be watching the show after the superbowl and how it can really boost the show's ratings. I wonder if they wanted to make the story about a character you don't have to know too much about to like on purpose.
I don't know....I was just thinking maybe that's not an accident. And yet they managed to leave him off the TV guide cover ....hmmmmm <_<
CriminalMindsFan - February 2, 2007 02:24 AM (GMT)
That could be. I mean you wouldn't have to be a genius to know Reid is a genius. (Sorry, had to do it) That is a very realistic possibility.

Sunday's debut of "Deal or No Deal Canada" on GLOBAL TELEVISION. Producers say the Canuck version has been tailored to suit the country's style, with a new set, all-Canadian cast and home-grown fashion designer for the models. |
Well the epsiode of "criminal minds" now officially has some serious competition for the time slot following the super bowl!!
I've seen pics of the cheesy all canadian set, the big red maple leaf drops from the sky, our home grown boy Howie Mandell will take the stage and all tv sets north of the 49 parallel will turn to.......yes you guessed it, CRIMINAL MINDS!!
I have officially notified all my friends and family....just say no to Howie!

I watched the episode after the superbowl and thought it was really good. except for that it kinda left us hanging until Wednesday night. Either way I have 2 more days and then I can watch the 2nd half to see what happens next. I also do not want anything to happen to Reid. His character is kinda starting to grow on me.
Anyway that is all from Cold and windy Boston. I'll talk to ya all tomorrow. B)

I had recorded part one and watched it last night, wow. I hope that Reid isn't hurt or broken by this. He is one of my favorites along with Morgan and Garcia. The show was really excellent i thought and different from what they have featured so far. I can't wait until wednesday to see more now..
