Hey, there, sorry for taking so long to get started on this story. My computer and I have been "fighting". lol :) So here is the moment we've all been waiting for. ;)
*********************************************************
It had started out as a nice and busy day. Jade Mulwray was nearly at her witts end trying to get all the files done by her lunch break. She had been working with the Federal Bearu of Investigations for 6 years as a recepitonist. Her orginal intent was to be an agent, but that fell through.

She was nearly done with her training when tradegty struck. It was an something that had changed her life forever and she knew there was no end in sight. It was on going battle for her. One that only time could erase.

Hotchner'sAngel - April 18, 2006 08:04 PM (GMT)
(Sorry about the delay. Yahoo's been "cleaning out the bugs" in my groups.)

She was nearly done with her training when tradegty struck. It was an something that had changed her life forever and she knew there was no end in sight. It was on going battle for her. One that only time could erase. Jade had to deal with it all her life. It was an event that had happend a year ago, but it was still fresh in her mind. Her eye patch was a constent reminder of that horriable day. Even thought the doctor was kind enough to try and disguise the reddish brown patch among her wavy reddish brown hair, not all of it was hidden. People asked. People stared. People thought unkind things or took petty on her.

Being placed in the FBI was hard enough. An agent with one eye was considered not to be the most "favored". It wasn't out of spite or cruelity, that her instructor took her off the the list. It was regulations and Jade knew that. She wasn't anger, just disappointed. Now, she was grateful to have been given a chance. It was a receptionist. Low pay. Long hours, but it was a job and it kept her from thinking about her nightmares she got every time she closed her eyes.

Jade was asked to do everything and be everywhere, but her main base was at the BAU. The Behavorial Analyst Unit. The BAU agents were glad Jade was there. They needed help there and the FBI were straining on help these days. Jade didn't mind. She was glad to give it her all down there.

The BAU was home to the FBI's best profilers. Seven extraordinary men and women who had the ability to get into a criminal's mind and predict how the killer would stick. What his or her motives were before they struck again. It was a small group, but they did their job exteremly well.

Jade picked up a huge manilla envelop filled with papers on the new case, the profilers were about to do. Her black leather heels made clicking sounds as she walked across thet greyish white tile floor. She appraoched the entrance to the BAU with ease.

"Hey, Jade!" An agent had called to her.

She smiled polietly saying, "Hey, Roger, how's your first week going?"

"It's going.' The young man sighed. Jade nodded and walked in more.

"Jade." A strong, but firm voice caught her attention from behind.

She stopped and turned to face the man that called to her. He was slightly taller than her. Brwon hair and brown eyes that looked as if they could see straight into her soul. He was dressed black pants, white shirt with matching tie and jacket. Sophicated and yet gentle.

"Agent Hotchner." Jade said as she gave him the stack of papers she had in her arms. "Sorry it's so big tthere." She said.

"Agent Hotchner." Jade said as she gave him the stack of papers she had in her arms. "Sorry it's so big tthere." She said keeping her eyes lowered as possiable.

"Well, I expecting it to be." Hotchber said. "Is this the report on our unsub?" He asked.

"Yes, sir." Jade said moving her hair a little bit to hide her eye patch. "Good luck." She said as she was about to turn around.

"Jade." Hotchner said. He had notice she was trying to avoid eye contact with him.

"Yes? You need some coffee?" She asked.

Hotchner wanted to tell her that she didn't have avoid looking at anyone, but he knew she was uncomfortable the subject. So he didn't say anything. Just simply smiled at her and shook his head.

"All right. I'll be around, if you need me." Jade said turning on her heels and walking off. Hotchner took the manilla envelope and returned to his team.

"All right. I'll be around, if you need me." Jade said turning on her heels and walking off. Hotchner took the manilla envelope and returned to his team.

[B][FONT=Courier][SIZE=7][COLOR=blue]Hotchner walked over to the group who had become like a second family to him. Special Agent Jason Gideon was standing up against a desk. The dashing senior behavorial analyst looked stern and firm as he watched Hotchner walk over. A little smile appeared on his clean shaven face.

"Hotch." Gideon said. "What do we have?"

"Pictures and reports on our unsub." Hotchner replied as he opened the file and spread out the contents on the table.

Hotchner'sAngel - May 1, 2006 03:51 PM (GMT)
"Pictures and reports on our unsub." Hotchner replied as he opened the file and spread out the contents on the table.

[B][COLOR=blue][SIZE=7]The agent that was sitting down near Gideon, reached out and picked up a picture. He was the youngest of the group. Perhaps the youngest out of the whole FBI agency. That wasn't a problem. This man with the short brownish hair that seemed to have a mind of its own, was one of the brightest people in the world. A genius who can tell you anything about anything. His name is Dr. Spencer Reid. He smoothed out his tie as he looked over the pictures.

Beside Dr. Reid was a woman. With her dak hair and dark eyes, you would think she would be the perfect model for this Fall's centerfold rather than the tough, but gentle FBI profiler she was. Special Agent Elle Greenway, an expert in sexual crimes could take down the roughish criminal with the best of them. She was pretty and smart, but she had a good head on her shoulders. She leaned over Reid to get a better look at the file spread out on the table before them. Standing right behind her, Special Agent Derek Morgan. A dignifed handsome black man who could charm a girl in a heartbeat just as easily as he could take down a criminal. An expert in obession crimes, Agent Morgan took pride in his work.

To round out this intellgent lot, was the BAU's laisson, J.J. Jearu. Don't let the blonde hair, blue eyes, good looks fool you, men. She was one lady that is not afraid anything. As it is with any case, J.J.'s job was aprise the group on an unsub and sometimes she was "crowd control" when it came to the media. Then there was Penelope Garcia, autdio and computer speclist. This perky young blonde was the heart of the profilers. She always had a sarcastic or comforting word or two to say. She spent most of the time in the FBI computer room. Without her help, the BAU would be lost on their cases.

Hotchner picked up a piece of paper and stuck on the transparency. The squiggly lines which detailed the graphic death scencs of each victim that was portrayed in the pictures, glowed on the white vinl screen. THe tone of was somber and the tension was high. Gideon stuck his hand in his front pocket and pulled out his glasses. All eyes were on the document.

Hotchner'sAngel - May 13, 2006 02:32 AM (GMT)
<span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Impact'><span style='font-size:14pt;line-height:100%'><span style='font-family:Impact'>"The suspect was seen walking around this area." Hotchner said as he pointed to a building that seemed to be out in the middle of nowhere.

The structure was that of an old church. The white walls were slightly chipped and the left side looked to be in the process of being repaired. Wooden ladders were leaning against the side. The old brass bell hung from the cracked wooden arches ontop of the church. The inside was magnificent. The outside was just an illusion of years now long gone. Inside, held precious statues and glorious paintings. Saints of old preserved forever in their class coffins.

"San Xavier Mission.' Reid said. "That's on the other side of town."

"I'm guessing our unsub didn't go there looking to pray." Morgan said.

"Maybe he's seeking forgivness from someone." Elle said.

"He's looking for someone. Someone that won't judge him or maybe he's looking to be "saved."" Gideon said.
</span></span>

Gideon picked up a photo of a young woman with brunette hair. She was dressed in a white Wedding gown and her hands were folded in front of her. Her eye lids had been glued opened so she looked like she was staring up into the sky. She was leaning up against a rock.

"Makenzie Tapia." Hotchner said. "The unsub positioned her into what looks like a praying figure."

"She knew her attacker and he wanted to make sure she saw him." Gideon said. "Hence the glue on the eyes."

"The white Wedding Dress cound symbolize their first meeting." Reid said. "They were married."

"White also means the woman is still a virgin, so I'm told. Innocense." Elle said.

"But why dress her up and then four hours later, toss her into a lake?" Morgan asked looking at another picture of the same woman after the divers had found her.
</span></span>

<span style='font-family:Times'>Gideon stared long at the woman's pale face. The once blue eyes that had held life were glazed over and the eyelids drooped. Black eye liner and mascara blended into the dirt smudged across her face. Her dress was dirty and tattered. Her hair mangled with the dirt . Through the wet and saggy skin, Gideon saw that MaKenzie was once a very attractive woman. He stared into her dead eyes. It was almost like he was reaching out to her. He could see her in his mind as she once was before she was murdered. "What happened to you?" His voice echoed in his head. SHe turned to face him and it was in that instance, he knew.

"Gideon?" Hotch's voice pulled him away from the horriable scene.

Gideon blinked and looked at Hotchner. "She's not his wife." He said.
</span>

"What did you just say?" Morgan asked.

"She's not his wife." Gideon said. "Makenzie was just an innocent pawn in his fantasy." He said.

"He dressed her in white to make her look like an angel." Elle said. "Someone he could protect."

"Or protect him.' Gideon said.

"There was no self defense wounds or any other brusies other than the ligiture marks on her wrists from the rope.' Reid said.

"The unsub wanted Makenzie to be beutiful forever. Water perserves." Gideon said.

"That's why the Unsub drowned his victim." Reid said.

Hotchner was putting up a plastic cover on ther overhead projector. He dimmed the lights and words seemed to appeared magically on the screen in front of them.

The BAU team had gotten into their vans which were destined for San Xavier Mission. Thje ancient monestary turned school was just about 20 miles from where the FBI was. The drive was pleasent, but the mood was somber.

Gideon, Hotchner, and J.J. were in the first van. Morgan, Elle, and Reid were in the second van following behind the first van.

Chapter 2

The BAU team had gotten into their vans which were destined for San Xavier Mission. Thje ancient monestary turned school was just about 20 miles from where the FBI was. The drive was pleasent, but the mood was somber.

Gideon, Hotchner, and J.J. were in the first van. Morgan, Elle, and Reid were in the second van following behind the first van.
The students at San Xavier Mission school were shocked when they saw two big black vans pulling into their school parking lot.

One boy said something that sounded Native American to his friend. His friend nodded vigoursly and ran inside to tell the principal. The older Native American boy watched as the profilers got out of their vans. He stood where he was, protecting his school from anyone who wanted to harm his friends. Gideon saw the boy and smiled. The boy's eyes flashed with surprize. He wasn't expecting anyone to smile at him. He looked around to see if his friend had come back with the prinicpal yet. Gideon could tell the boy was a little scared and nerevous, but was trying not to show it in front of his friends.

Hotchner'sAngel - July 5, 2006 03:59 AM (GMT)
(OOC:Sorry for not posting on this in, like, weeks or months. lol)

The principal came out. "Special Agent Hotchner." She greeted the SA with a big grin. She was an elderly nun, dressed in the black and white colors of her order.

"Sister Colette." Hotchner returned the smile as the team followed him to the school. "It's all right, Vance." Sister Colette assured the older Navtiver American boy that had been standing there since the team's arrival.

Vance, a handsome young boy of 15 smiled and walked with his friend back to his class. "Who are they?" He asked his friend. "FBI." The friend replied. "Come on. We're gonna be late." He erged.

"You'll have to forgive them." Sister Colette said. "The only people they see here are the Sisters and their parents." She said.

"Completly understandable." Gideon said.

"Please come and sit." Sister Colette said offering her towards her office. The agents went in.

Sister Colette's office was small, but had room enough for 5 people. How eight people managed to fit in there was truley amazing. There was a wooden cross on the wall and a metal file cabnet up against the wall. On top, framed in a lovely rosewood, was the picture of the Blessed Virgin and Jesus. Tucked in the cornor of the frame, was a picture of Sister Colette and a young woman.

It was the young woman that caught Gideon's attention. Her bright smile bringing live to her clear blue eyes. She had shinny blonde hair that fell to one side. She looked happy. She seemed to speak to Gideon as he stood there staring at her. Hotchner and Sister Colette's conversation was a mere whisper. The woman looked famliar to Gideon. His mind searched for the images he had seen earlier before.

Hotchner'sAngel - October 14, 2006 03:49 AM (GMT)
[SIZE=7]Gideon could hear a woman's screams echoing in his head as he looked at the girl in the photo.

"Aksanna Moon." Sistet Colette said from behind Gideon. He shook his head to clear his thoughts.

"I'm sorry." He said.

"Aksanna Jade Moon." Sister Colette said with a smile. "She graduated from San Xavier four years ago." She said. "Pleasent girl. Very pretty. "

"What happened to her?" Gideon asked.

"Last I heard, she was a photographer at some fashion cooperation in California." Sister Colette said. "That was about a month ago. Haven't heard from her since."

Hotchner'sAngel - October 14, 2006 03:31 PM (GMT)
The ran phone rang. "Excuse me." Sister Colette said as she went to answer it.

Hotchner looked at Gideon. He knew Gideon was thinking of something. He walked over to him.

"What is it?" Hotchner asked.

Hotchner'sAngel - October 28, 2006 04:59 AM (GMT)
[SIZE=14]"The picture of the young girl." Gideon said. "Do you recognize it?"

Hotchner looked at the photo of Aksanna closely. He wasn't sure at first what Gideon was getting at, but then it donned on him.

"The girl from the pictures that were sent to the BAU." He said.

"Hmmmm." Gideon said. "Only she was or has not been killed." He said.

"The Unsub is abidding his time with her." Hotch said. Gideon nodded.

"There's something different about this one." Gideon said.

Sister Colette came back.

Hotchner'sAngel - November 11, 2006 04:11 PM (GMT)
"Forgive me. One of my students is going home sick today. I had to make sure the parents knew." Sister Colette said.

"That's quite all right. "Hotchner said.

"Sister, do you still have Aksanna Moon's file?" Gideon asked.

"Why, yes, I think we do. We usually do our yearly file clean out at the beginning of each year, but this year we didn't do it." Sister Colette said. "Why do you want her file? Is there something wrong?"

Hotchner and Gideon exchanged glances.

"Look, Agents. Aksanna was the most gentlest girl I have ever known. She would never do anything to hurt anyone." She said.

"It's jut procedure." Hotchner said. "We just want to make sure. We're not saying Aksanna is a suspect." He said.

Sister Colette sighed. She went over to her file cabniet and started shifting through the manilla envlopes looking for Aksanna's file.

"You two have something you would like share with the rest of us?" Morgan asked in a low voice.

Hotchner'sAngel - February 12, 2007 03:55 AM (GMT)
"Gideon thinks Aksanna Moon maybe the Unsub's latest victim." Hotchner replied.

Morgan took a deep breath. "How could she be? She was here for 4 years and then moved away. The Unsub's picking up girls around this area."

"Yet, Sister Collette said Aksanna called her about a month ago. She was in California." Reid add.

"Maybe she moved back here." Morgan said.

Sister Collette came back with Aksanna's file. "I was afraid we put it away in our box for last year." She said as she handed the file to Gideon.

"Thank you." He said as he opened the file.

Hotchner'sAngel - February 13, 2007 03:17 AM (GMT)
"You're welcome." Sister Collette said as she left the room momentarily.

While the Profilers were trying figure out the next move of the unsub and hopeing the answers would be found in Aksanna's file, in the same town, about a hundered miles from San Xavier Mission, someone waited.

You wouldn't have noticed him standing there on the cornor. You simply walk by and dismiss him as a homeless person. The man was hunched over. He wore a black wolven jacket zipped up all the way even though it was mid-afternoon. It was well above 80 that day. He had on a dark glass and his hands in the pockets of his tore blue jeans. They were stained white from where bleach had been sprayed on them.
