I like how you played with the text (that's one thing I never think to do. I also like the choice for the background)... Sometimes simplicity works best.

One little suggestion I would make with the last one... The edges are too hard, try the feathering tool (something as small as 2 will soften those edges and allow you to create a seamless looking cut)...
