Okay - on any board there is going to be a diverse and interesting range of avatars. So here you can show of your new avatar and explain what/who it is if it's not from the fandom, you can credit whoever made it, or you can just tell us how much you love it. You can also ask questions about other people's avatars or ask opinions about which avatar you should use next.



This is my current avatar. It's Doctor Who, from the most recent episode (The Idiot's Lantern). In the episode The Doctor and Rose get all glammed up to go an watch an Elvis concert in NY, complete with poodle skirt, 50's quiff, and a cool motorbike...only things go wrong and they end up in London shorty before the Queen's Coronation in 1953...they are just so cute together.



I'm thinking of one of those three next - the first in the Doctor on the run from a Cyberman (pantswettingly scary), the, er, second one makes it pretty clear what he's just been doing, and I think the third one is cute.

So - let's hear your avatar plans and comments.

The avatar is from my new Las Vegas fic, Somebody Told Me, and Dean Cain is a semi-regular on LV. (Less regular than Garcia, but more regular than a guest star -- his chara owns the casino.)

Here are the stars of my avatar:

• Catriona Cassidy: A young woman who is staying at the Montecito during a weekend-long dance audition. (Dance - What Cat likes to do best)
  
• Tyler Caldwell: A young man who is staying at the casino while he participates in a jazz festival. He is also the leader of the Sunset Swingers. Catriona is interested in him vice-versa. (Play - Tyler plays the electric bass for the SS and also frequently provides vocals.)
  
• Casey Manning: The owner of the Montecito, who takes an interest in Catriona (and secretly cheats on his {canon} girlfriend, Mary). (Flirt - Something that Casey is quite good at.)
  
• Dave Bennett: The clarinetist (and youngest member) of the New Reformation Jazz Band. Catriona's ex. (You won't see his last name or the name of his band in the story, because he's a real person with a real band.) (Envy - Dave doesn't like the fact that Cat seems to have moved on, and won't admit that he still likes her.)
