It rocked! Kelsey Grammer *ruled* as Beast (I won't be able to watch Fraiser again in the same way though). Overall it was a great plot and awesomely acted and put together.
However - you have to have seen at *least* movie number 1 to get it.

Kyle - October 16, 2006 10:03 PM (GMT)
Bollywood is that city in India right? bombay I think, and they have a movie thing, and they call it Bollywood after Hollywood, am I correct? loll i'm not sure! but anyways, i have never seen one.
entropic - October 16, 2006 11:51 PM (GMT)
bollywood isn't an actual place - it's the nickname for the indian film industry.
i love bollywood movies.
saw an indian (wouldnt class it as bollywood, as there wasnt really singing and dancing sequences) called "monsoon wedding". it's awesome.
if you're after a light intro to bollywood movies, try looking at some of gurinder chatha's (i think that's how you spell it) work. she did 'bend it like beckham' and 'bride and prejudice', as well as some other movies. if you like the colour, and the dynamic nature of those films, give bollywood a shot!

On Saturday night I saw Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (the extended version with one friend... Save for a few things, was actually better with the extra scenes)
And on Sunday afternoon (today) with another it was a double gore fest... Yay! (not really, but whatever)
We watched 1) Feast and 2) Rest Stop (seriously don't ask... one friend will watch romantic [chick flicks or whatever] while the other feels the need to desensitise me of my apparent 'squeamishness')... I told the latter friend that all I really need to do is survive sitting in on an autopsy and then we'll talk. But NOOO! He thinks that I want to watch predator-like things eat human flesh or a haunted rest stop (there is no actual back story so the movie doesn't make sense... You literally have to turn off your brain... Kinda hard to do, you know?)
sandersidle - April 16, 2007 06:53 PM (GMT)
Last night I watched Disturbia. It was AMAZING. I'm not much of a reviewer but the acting was great and it was scary. I loved the ending too...
I'm such a great reviewer right? :P

I went to the drive-in on Fri and they were playing Pirates 3 and it was supposed to be Invisible for the second movie but they were showing Shrek 3 instead. I think I would rather have seen invisible!

The Drive In.....please do tell????
We have not had a drive in here in years....I guess with our winter season (8 months) it is not really a money maker......but oh so much fun.....
please dont laugh but when I was really little, really little, really, I was little, we went to the drive in and saw this really DUMB movie,
Had a girl with bagels in her hair, a big furry monster, funny bad guys in white suits, a guy named luke and some other guy with a really weird name "hans", oh ya, and another mean guy named Darth...they had cool swords, my brothers held their breath and sat on the hood mesmorized. I watched the peoplen next to us neck, BORING. Oh ya, it was called Star Wars.
:canada:
I love this show! - June 12, 2007 02:36 AM (GMT)
Let's see there were six adults and five kids so my drive in experience certainly wasn't romantic!
That would have been cool to see the original Star Wars on a big drive in screen! I remember going when I was little to see all the Disney "Herbie" movies (the VW Bug) yeah......
JulieFan - June 12, 2007 08:03 AM (GMT)

I went yesterday and saw TRANSFORMERS & Oceans Thirteen. Oceans was just like the first 2! One was really good. 2 was more of #1 and #3 was more of #1 & #2! So if you saw #1 & #2 - you've seen #3!
Now . . . TRANSFORMERS . . . how do I say . . . um . . . FREAKIN AWESOME!!! Best movie I've seen in a long time! I absolutely loved it! Shia LaBeouf!! New heartthrob! Coming out strong! Loved him in Disturbia too! & Greatest Game Ever Played! & Charlies Angels! & Holes!

JulieFan - July 8, 2007 08:31 AM (GMT)

I saw Magnolia again. I can't stop crying at that movie. It has some of the best scenes and performances I have ever seen.
When one of the characters dies of cancer they start this song and all the characters sing along. I have never cried so much in my life about a movie.
