Hi you guys!

Wow, I have not posted on this place, the forum that I have been paying for, since January.

Anyways, I wanted to really apologize for that. I have just been extremely busy with work and school. However, now that it's the summer, and now that I am not at school, I can post a bit more. :)

Also, from pretty much January and on I was almost always busy on Wednesdays, when CM came on, and I missed soooo many episodes. Due to this, I am totally lost at what has been going on and so I really didn't come to this forum to discuss the show because I wasn't watching it!

But, now I am back.. Hopefully for good. Hopefully no more 6 month hiatuses.

In recent news;

- In January, I disabled new member registration due to a major spam outbreak. I have now enabled it, so new peeps and guests can register!

- A bit more on the negative side; Even though this forum has a long domain name, and it is a free forum, it can easily be accessed by the domain "www.criminalminds.org." It is just a simple way to get to this site, and I use it even!

However, the domain expired on June 7th, and I was unable to register it for renewal prior to that date. The reason was simply because the e-mail that reminded me to renew it was in my spam box which I seldom check.

I tried renewing it today and yesterday, but it is not letting me since it is already expired. However, right now, if you type in "criminalminds.org" it is taking us here!

So I don't know what the deal it. But, I will definetely try and re-register this domain for quick access. However, I can't make any guarantees because this is a really good domain name, for a very popular show. Many spam sites are just cringing to get these domains as soon as they expire. So, we will have to see, but I am hoping it can get re-registered.

So, long story short, we may not have this nice domain that we have had for 4 years. :(

I came on most days to check if there were any updates often came up with nothing so thats why I didn't post much. It's good to see people coming back.

Yes, this place was once thriving but has really died out due to a lack of promotion, and when the show goes on a hiatus, many members go; and back in the day, I used to send out a "monthly e-mail" to all the members to remind them to check out the forum, and I would also discuss recent news, updates, etc. So, when the show would go on a hiatus, and the members here would take a little absence too, they would usually come back once the show was back with new episodes to discuss and all.

But, I am going to try and do some more promoting of this forum, especially when Season 5 gets going. Hopefully we can be a thriving place like we used to be, where we averaged sometimes several hundred posts per day! I remember that one month we managed to average over 200 posts daily. :)

But anyways, so yeah! Hopefully more of us will return and at least pop in here and there and all :)

Yay! Welcome back Kyle! I know what you mean about busy (oops), sometimes RL is just incrediably obnoxious and doesn't realise you really don't care about it! :lol:

If you need any help with promotions or anything, let me know (now I'm back I want to make up for being away haha).

Random about the domain name. Maybe they just don't realise? Shhh! :P
