Title: Reid: Glasses or Not?

In Season 1 Reid didn't wear any such glasses, and then all of a sudden in season 2 he starts to wear them. My first question is why now? And my second is does he look better with or without them on? You choose:

No glasses, definitely. How many eps did he wear the glasses in? I'm having problems remembering him with them on.
Sadly, all of us that are forced to wear glasses wish we didn't have to because we always look worse with them on. There is actually only one person I have ever met that looks better with her glasses on than off.

^^ You're not alone on this! :) I have glasses too, they are pretty annoying, but hopefully soon before graduations I get my contacts, lol.
I would have to argree with everyone so far that he does look better without the glasses. I think he started in season 2, coz all of season 1 the glasses were absent. I can't remember all of season 2 but he wore them in the second episode, then from there on he wore them every once in a while even if it was for only one scene. But i can't remember when he stopped wearing them.
I wonder why he had to wear them in the first place if they weren't existent in the first season, and they what make him stop wearing them in season 3? I think im reading just a little too much into the glasses haha :lol:

He definitely looks better without the glasses but it also depends on his hair style in my opinion.
The first time he wears the glasses, his hair is really short and slicked. This doesn't look good.
But later on when his hair starts to grow out a bit the glasses start to look alright.

I'm not a fan of the glasses. They covered his pretty face and that simply won't do for me! Other than that, I could tell they kind of bothered him. As a matter of fact, those are actually Matthew Gray Gubler's glasses, and he had to wear them because of a strange contact malfunction, so they just wrote it into the show!
They even tried to get him a new pair of glasses, but soon came to realize that no other glasses even worked for the character.
