Wow, once again I <3 the CTV promo and hate the CBS promo.

The CTV one actually revealed who it was that got blown up. SO STOP READING IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE SPOILED.

It was Hotch and Joyner. There's a scene where she's lying on the ground and he's screaming, "Officer down!" and another one where Morgan says to someone, "That's my boss down there!"

But judging by the promo pics for 4x02, he seems to have healed nicely.

Am I the only one who found the CBS one a little distasteful? "On Sept. 24th, New York City comes under attack"? Idk, maybe I'm reading too much into it. I just didn't like it.

guys I was just think remember the girl that wanted the job , that mabye Morgan has geting didn't she enter the SUV with Hotch ? mabye she's the one to die what do you think guys ?

Loved the episode! Loved Morgan! Morgan cool! Sad that Kate died, even if I didn't really like her, why do americans have a different word for 'going to the cinema' ? Loved that the whole team is alive, loved that Criminal Minds has finally started again!

ahh this was such an intense episode! i felt bad for kate cuz she died, but at the same time i was thankful it wasn't anyone from the team. (and is it just me or does kate look really similar to hailey?)

and idk if i missed it somewhere along the episode but what happened to the rest of the terrorist group??? because at the end, only two of the terrorists died, but i remember clearly that last season, they showed a room full of them. :huh: plus, i don't think there's anyway that two guys alone could plan that whole thing out.

I wanted to hurt the writers for scaring me so bad. I thought Morgan was going to die, because there was nothing on the radio, then all of a sudden he's right there, tekking Garcia how much he loves her in his own special way. Lol!

OMG this episode was just so amazing *sigh* I was totally on the edge of my seat the whole way through it!
Typical Derek putting himself out there to save his team mates though.. And i absolutely adored the comment he made to Garcia! So sweet! I honestly thought he was a goner though,and i think that killed me more than anything else when he came on screen and i realised they had duped me!

SO annoyed with them that they didnt show him and Garcia reuniting after it had happened though. Why dont they ever show the important human interest parts like that? They showed Hotch saying goodbye to that Joyner woman, when we never met her before, but they couldnt show a tender scene between two of our favorite characters? I love the writers, but sometimes they just arent fair!

I hope Morgan doesnt take that Job though, i guess there is a chance that he will. Maybe they will have him and Garcia having a conversation about him taking it or not? That would appease me slightly i guess.

I really enjoyed it though... Totally as usual...

I thoroughly enjoyed the season premier. Color me happy! :D

It felt as if the team was back on track in this episode; last season felt so disjointed, and the team seemed a bit off, IMO. I hope that's a thing of the past now.

The ending had me a wee bit confused, though. My take on it is that Hotch won't recommend Morgan for the job because he's unwilling to trust others with his life (hence the symbolic refusal to let Hotch drive back to D.C.).

Of course, that's fine with me. I prefer keeping the team together. :)

I think Morgan don't take the job in New-York because he is a part of the team, and he not respond when Hotch told him : "if you want the job, it's yours".
I was so sad when Hotch go back to the hospital to see Joyner in surgery but he arrived too late :(

I loved the big bang in the end, when ambulance exploded :D damn it! i have put the sound very strong and my window has trembled :lol: My mom said : "OMG! what the hell is going on?" :lol: :lol:

I LOVED IT!!!!!

i had to watch it on the internet my computer kept shutting down halfway through so i would have to wait 10 minutes and then restart and then wait 40 minutes for the episode to reload and it shut down about 4 times so it took me the whole night.
But other then that it was great, well worth the wait.

I cried when Hotch get there too late and he held her hand. I jump 3 feet in the air when the paramedic shot the secret service and when the ambulance exploded because my volume was up full blast.

I think this is going to be the best season yet! Can't wait till next week

Btw, the picture is from the Big Game/Revelations....I can tell because that was the year the Chicago Bears were in the superbowl and Ed is wearing a Bears jersey in the pic...

I absolutely loved it! I screamed when Morgan almost died...my poor mom thought something was seriously wrong then i told her and she was like is that all...I was literally pacing the floor from start to finish....i really liked the Prentiss/Cooper scene....the baseball fan in me loved the humor in "most people think i'm a yankees fan" and she's like "i'm not most people"...

Is that what he said to Hotchner???

Hahaha! That happens to me sometimes too. Especially if I watch films/tv-series with low volume in the dialogs and loud sound effects.


Anyway, a genius way to kick off the new season. I was so damn excited all the way, but like I said in the True of false-thread, I wasn't very surprised that the paramedic guy actually was one of them. That actor has played terrorist in Bad Company and 24 (and maybe in even more films/shows...)
And once again, Hotchner expressed that he doesn't like when team members put themselves above the team—and in jeopardy. It «almost» costed Reid his job in Elephant's Memory and Morgan wasn't recommended for the job in New York, by Hotchner, in this episode.

Best episode ever.
Anyway, I didn't like Kate.

I'm glad that Morgan didn't get the job in NY because i wouldn't want him not in the BAU.....
