I did not like the film. (I talk about the 3. part) the story was very weak, and the characters too. :( :(

I don't know anything about this series, but the other night some people wanted to see this movie, and I faked sick to get out of it. To be fair though, that was partly because of the people who were going. But yeah. How many of these movies have there been? Three?

I went with a friend to see it at 9pm. Now I remember why I haven't
been to the theatres in a while. Commercials. :D I know. My usual
vent.
I was really disappointed with this. I think that if they couldn't have
had the original actress for the third film, at least write it as the
character being pregnant. Something. There was no chemistry with
the new actress, and the character, Rick.
It was too bad. I really enjoy Brendon Fraiser's acting. I believe
he, and the actor who plays John, could really have pulled it off
alone. Along with the other characters, and special effects.
In all, not having the original actress really ruined the whole film.
I'm not sure the 4th will all be that worth it.

I watched this movie yesterday, and personally I didn't enjoy it as much as the first 2 movies. I totally agree with you, Karla that the new actress didn't have the same chemistry with Rick as Rachel We did. But I do have to say the actor that played Alex and Rick carried the show til the end. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't of bothered watching this movie. And this there going to be a 4th Mummy? Coz I'm not too sure if I'd watch that one.
And before I forget, Jet Li disappointed me as a bad guy, I was kinda hoping more from him.

I watched the Mummy Returns. The kid who played Alex was great.
"Are we there yet? Are we there yet?" :D
You also have to admit, the first wife was better lookind as well.

Yes I agree the first wife was better looking and she was a better fighter too i reckon.
The kid Alex is awsome lol but in young one from the 2nd movie has a british accent, while in the 3rd mummy movie the older version has an american accent, how does that work? lol.
