hey i was just wondering if someone could tell me how they make banners?!
Like i've seen some with great backgrounds and it seems that they have merged photos and blended them together. i have photoshop elements so if someone could just give me a rough guide or something?! would be great thanks! xxx

This seems like quite a good, basic sight for FAQs on Photoshop Elements. I myself don't have elements, but I mostly trail the internet, finding tutorials, and seeing if I can translate them to Photoshop CS3. Most of it is practise, and doing things like fiddling with the opacity, using a filter, or photo FX. Sorry I can't be more helpful!
