Can someone describe Kevin's personality? I haven't gotten to the eps with him in it yet.

He's kinda the toned down, male version of Garcia. At least, he was too me. He was kooky, good with computors, liked to talk to himself when he was tracking Garcia. Clever too, which is a bit of a given. Sorta scruffy (which isn't really personality, unless you count how he left Garcia's office!).
