I love his reaction, it show his sensitive which i think is really sweet, even though im more of a Hotch/Prenitss Shipper..but still

Will oblige JJ to say to the team of her pregnancy; in fact when he spoke with Hotch, JJ look seems to be saying: "no! not say..."

And the Hotch reaction... I read in his reaction; sorrow, bitterness, because JJ don’t speak with him (or because he have lost an occasion with her?)
Is a very sweet reaction for a boss!

Maybe he was upset because he lets her works with them (even in the field) although she is pregnant : the field can be dangerous so I think he was sorry and upset about this.
