I have to say I'm intrigued by the Hotch and Rossi storyline. I just hope that this time the B Plot won't seem so far removed from the main storyline.
I also like the idea of it being just the four of them going out to...wherever it is they're going.
So no mention of JJ's baby daddy, huh? Well, to be fair, two weeks in a row is a little much to ask.
And HEY!! Bonnie Root, that's ADA Thomas from Cold Case. I'm gonna have to try very hard to separate the two characters (Thomas didn't exactly have many fans on CC  ).

The preview looks good, although I'm not pleased to see the "Why are we taking this case?" Morgan back again. The last time he was like that I spent the whole episode wanting to slap him.  But it looks like JJ's gonna be influential in this one, so that's nice (of course it also means we'll get to see the not-so-greatly covered baby bump that still hasn't been addressed, and the frustration that comes with that).
Hey, do you think that without Hotch and Rossi around, they might discuss JJ's relationship? Since Morgan, Prentiss, and Reid were the three that were there when she kissed him and had that adorable little scene, they might bring it up. And it'd be easier to talk about without the serious ones around.
Anyhoo, looking forward to it. ;)

OK.....so that was...in my opinion....the worst episode I have ever seen of criminal minds.....it made zero sense....
the last four minutes. OK..JJ's quote from Susan B Anthony,
"A woman must not depend on the protection of man, but must be taught to protect herself." Susan B. Anthony and the phone call....but other than that.....just bad
a parking meter....are you kidding me??? What is the point.....so JJ has got her test back..she is moody, and large, and knows it!!.....so we need to hide her behind a parking meter???? <_<
and when her and emily walked out of the house...camera angle was from the lower front lawn, that shirt has "maternity" written all over it!!
I did jump a little when the hubby was beating up the neighbor and stalker boy appeared out of no where...
I could not remember where I had seen "ted" the stalker...queer as folk!
As for hotch and rossi...what an absolutely horrid horrid family!! evil pimple teen!!
JJ was so stressed out work, pregnant, alone...poor thing!
"mom and dad"...wtf...was not really that funny
for you morgan lovers...pretty good tackle at the end...was he on the roof??
for you reid lovers...smarty pants reid can actually remember what day of the week mar 16th 2006 was.....I guess its a numbers thing...
still really not at all worthy...maybe it was the format and no dead guy??
*****oh yah and on a final note...agent anderson, "JJ's secretary", nice new job title.******at least no one else should get hurt!
ac5000 - May 8, 2008 05:08 AM (GMT)
yeah. i'll agree with you on that one Jentzer...it wasn't that great. but i won't go that far as to say it was the worst. coughhonoramongtheivescough.
the stalker part wasn't all too bad..the only thing that saved it for me was JJ's storyline. but my god, im glad they finally had her spit it out! hiding behind parking meters and holding her briefcase over her stomach just wasn't cutting it for me anymore.
Hotch and Rossi's case made no sense to me whatsoever. i don't know if its because i wasn't paying attention to it half the time, but i just didn't like it.
I wasn't too pleased with it tonight. hopefully next week's will be better.
linny - May 8, 2008 08:16 AM (GMT)
the last scene were JJ spits about her pregnancy was the best scene in the ep. finally.
Oh, Garcia's hair looked great considering she had a lot of highlights in last weeks ep and tonight it was o so blonde.
LovinThisShow - May 8, 2008 04:25 PM (GMT)
yeah, i have to admit, this episode wasn't the greatest...the stalker thing was okay, but i loved how they made this one jj's case..sort of...oh, and all i can say about the last scene is finally!! lol hopefully we'll get more detail on that in the next episodes :D (and by the way, i hated how they split the team up...the show just doesn't go as well with the team seperated in my opinion)
Eszty - May 8, 2008 04:25 PM (GMT)
JJ is pregnant finally. He just had the time here already.
Luna - May 9, 2008 05:57 PM (GMT)
The episode, well it isn't one that I would watch over and over again, but I still liked it.
I liked the fact that it was JJ centric and actually I think that cases were there hasn't been a physical crime are also important…so I agree with JJ's call.
The other case, the one Rossi and Hotch assesed was horribly sad, imagine being that woman! *shivers*
I thought Morgan's comment of 'where are mom and dad' was kinda cute.
But would you wanna hear you're going to be a dad over the phone? Would JJ wait another year to tell everyone she's pregnant :P
CriminalMindsFan - May 13, 2008 09:58 PM (GMT)
Ok, I know this sounds really weird but they never did say that it was Bill that got JJ pregnant. I'm still hopin' for Reid. Maybe one night, JJ and Bill and a fight, she went over to Spencer's........yada yada yada. I know it sounds insane but maybe.

Okay, we must have seen totally different episodes. This one is my new favourite of season three.
I thought the two cases flowed really well, unlike the last time they tried it. They both held my interest. I thought this was actually the best JJ centric episode we've had, but it wasn't really JJ centric. I mean, it had enough of her, but it wasn't overbearing. I loved the JJ/Em parts. Not in a romantic way, but I liked seeing them out in the field together. They've become good friends and I enjoyed seeing it. And it was cool to see the four of them, just the four of them, working it out together. I particularly liked the part where everybody was like, "JJ, what the heck is up with you?" It was very....siblingish. And I liked how Morgan expressed his concern to Prentiss. It showed again, how close JJ and Em have become, and how the team cares for each other, one of the draws of this show for me.
The ending scene was GOLD. I literally screamed, "YES! FINALLY!" I was so grateful JJ finally admitted it. Now we just have to wait for her to admit it to the team.
Oh, and I also liked the victim. She was assertive, and she wasn't willing to roll over and play dead. I enjoyed seeing them interact with the victim, seeing the victim still alive.
So I liked it. But apparently it's just me. ;)
