Title: How to write to a Dutch girl

1. Start your letter or email with 'Beste' or 'Lieve' and then the name of the addressee. You use 'Beste' when you're not really familiar with the person you are writing to or when you are distant friends, use 'Lieve' when you feel a certain attraction for the person you are writing to.
2. End your letter or email with ´Groetjes van (your name)´ or ´liefs van (your name)´. You use ´Groetjes´ when you´re not really familiar with the person you are writing to or when you are distant friends, use ´Liefs´ when you feel a certain attraction for the person you are writing to.
3. Most Dutch people can read English just fine, just remember not to use too much idiom, or difficult words, keep it plain and simple.
4. Dutch people probably know more about your country than you know about their country. Be interested, they are most likely more than willing to tell you anything you want to know.
5. Dutch people are straight forward people, so tell them what you want to tell them. They will know if you're hiding something.
6. The Netherlands is a small country, Dutch people are generally very much interested in your country.

Tips
* Dutch girls, especially in the age of 12-18, happen to use a certain form of written language, mainly resembling the '1337' language.
* Most Dutch girls are mature when they reach age 16. Remember that they generally start drinking, dating and having sex at an early age.
* Not everybody in Holland wears wooden shoes and there are not so many windmills as you might think.

Warnings :ph43r:
* Don't ever call a Dutch girl a 'Breezah' unless she tells you she is one. This might look like this: '8r33zah' (1337)
* This is because it can be taken multiple ways.A few being:
o an equivalent for the american word "prep",
o a term for someone who types liK3 tHi$ (sometimes seen as "sluts"),
o someone who often drinks Breezers (A soft alcohol and fruit juice beverage from bacardi).

Things you'll need
* Pen and paper, or a computer with internet access.
* The home address or email address of Dutch girl.
* Nerves of steel.
