Who got the chance to rewatch this episode and what did you think?

Okay, I watched it last night. I love Reid in this one - but feel so bad for the teasing he gets! :( :lol:

I liked how Morgan in the first episodes especially always walked through the unsubs steps trying to figure things out.

We get to meet JJ for the first time and Garcia has some great lines in this one.

I miss Elle and Gideon! And I miss the interaction between Elle & Reid and Gideon & Reid. Will Reid ever play chess again?

The plot was good, we didn't know it was Clara until they figured it out (at least I didn't figure out it was her until then) I had thought the campus security guy was suspicious! I thought his line to Gideon was funny - he wanted to date someone else...and when Gideon asks what her name is he replies Brian. :lol: Hotch didn't seem quite as up tight in the beginning either.

ROFL!! Yeah, we haven't seen him play it in a while. Aw, somebody should step up and be his new chess buddy. At least Reid would win more. ;)

I also thought it was the campus security guy. He creeped me out at first. So nice twist there.

What was weird for me is I didn't hear "Karen". I didn't get what it actually was, but I knew it wasn't Karen, so when they were all like, "Let's go find all the Karens on campus" I was like, "No! It wasn't Karen! I don't know what it was but it wasn't Karen!" :lol: :rolleyes: I'm a loser.

I liked the Morgan/Elle interaction in this episode (especially the leg line). Since I haven't seen all of s1, can someone tell me, does that progress? Are they always tight?

Overall I liked the episode. Yay for getting to meet JJ (although I swear I have never seen her dress like that in the later episodes. Wardrobe must like to experiment) and I loved her little spiel. Although what was that with Elle, sticking her tongue out? Does she not like JJ? Do their personalities clash or something?

I miss watching him play! Emily should be his new chess buddy :D I really miss the Gideon/Reid/Elle interaction too... :( For someone just on her way to becoming part of the BAU, Elle sure knows her stuff. And she already seems so bonded with the team. She totally fits!

I loved JJ's entrance! I knew when she was introducing herself to Elle that I'd really like her character. I can't believe I still have that quote in my sig after all this time :blink: Anyways, it's so wierd not seeing much of JJ and Garcia in the earlier episodes....

Oh my gosh, how adorable is Reid? I had to laugh when he was speaking in front of the class - bless! And when he gets beat again at chess....Sometimes I miss the old Reid ;)

I thought the security guy was suspicious too but I clicked it was Clara when Reid saw the doorknob turn 3 times and I remembered her odd behaviour. The elevator scene made me shudder - to be in that situation would be horrendous!

Me too! We don't see that as much now and it's another thing I miss. I actually preferred Morgan back in season one. I love his humour, like when he's on the phone to Hotch and teasing Reid...

Favorite moments - When Elle basically describes Reid as the arsonist :lol: And I also love the scene where Gideon tell them to not to look official...well, actually to look less official. Not likely the way they were dressed, it screamed FBI!

Krissy - I didn't hear "Karen" either! Maybe I did first time around but I don't really remember. The leg scene is in the pilot, the Elle/Morgan in this eppy is when they are interviewing the Karens and then they go search the apartment together. They have great chemistry! They do remain close throughout the season, even going on holiday together at the end!

I didn't interpret it as Elle not liking JJ, I think she just found her to be a bit of a whirlwind ;) I think she was kinda impressed too although I know some people interpret it the other way. They seem to get on well in later episodes anyways. I hated JJ's outfit too! Eww...so not her :lol:

Yeah, especially since elevators freak me out to begin with.

It's definetly really wierd to not see JJ and Garcia a whole lot in these episodes...especially considering they're two of my favorite characters.

the elevator scene made me want to cry...it was TERRIBLE!!!...i think i would thrown up (and probably a lot more) if i were stuck in that situation!
