It's a new camping, it was featured in a Dutch tv program. It will be our first camping there :)!

Mine's not really a proper vacation, but a visit to my Nans. She lives in the most easternly town in Britain, so I guess that's her claim to fame. Also, if anyone knows of the rock band 'The Darkness' they hail from Lowestoft, so you know, proper famous place! :rolleyes:

It's really quite puny there, and really slow and quiet, but I guess it's not all bad, since pretty much my entire family live there. It's about a 3-4 hour car journey, which again, not so bad. I'm headed up there for New Years, before coming back to collage, which is good, as I rarely get to go up. Also, like a 20 minute drive from my Nans is my football teams ground, Ipswich Town! And my Nans house is right by the sea, and the Lowestoft football ground.

I'm staying home this vacation, going to celebrate saterday christmassurprises with friends then celebrating Chrismas-eve with my family and the second day of Christmas going to my grandma on the other side of the country (that's a two hour drive…)
Celebrating new year with my sister and maybe other friends and well the rest of the vacation…homework, sleeping, going out, sleeping, you know the usual ;)

I have been to Monaca before, we went on a boat trip on the ocean. It was great! We could swim and see everything and the weather was nice. Only downside was, all the children and teens were crying because the sea was so salt and when we stopped on a beach everything hurted :P!

Rach: Cool vacation places, I wish I could travel! I wnated to go to Uni in the US, but doesn't look like that's gonna happen, I only have a year and a bit to make my mind up, svae, and move my entire life out there, so, you know <_<

Jemma - I should have applied to uni this year but I'm gonna apply next year instead and take a year out to go travelling. I wanted to go to an American uni for a while...you should go for it if that's what you really want! A year and a bit is plenty time :D

if you want to you should. just take a year off and then do it. i personally reccomend California but that's just me. the weather is great, the universitys are some of the best in the US. seriously consider and think about it.

Yeah, that's what my mum says to do, because if I really wanna do it, I should. *sigh* Why can't Uni and things be simple?!

this year i got the worst sunburn ever but other than that it was great. i was wearing spf 50 and baby strength (the really strong stuff). go figure how i got burnt.
