I'm still figuring out the whole proggy... A simple banner takes quite some time... So here's my What? Forth attempt...

I was trying to work the concept of two great minds/men kinda thing (sorry to those who prefer 'other' characters in that capacity), I don't really know if this worked or not... If you have a 'request' for tweakage, please send it along...

I adjusted my screen to make sure it wasn't me, but I think it's just a wee bit too dark...

The pix should stick out more, and perhaps the words even more than that...

But for the otherwise small tweaks, it looks great -- thanks!

I did it all in B&W this time rather than using the "aged look" (at 100% it didn't look as good as the B&W)... Again if it needs tweaking let me know, I'll give it another go.

Its just your basic Photoshop CS... I should try the Image Ready CS because it gives you the correct dimesions for internet banners, tags, etc.

I do like the Reid one!

I'm not really that good with the catch phrases... And somehow the whole theme of modesty with Reid worked very well, but that might be how I perceive him...

I like the Reid one as well- can I use it.. or would I be slaughtered.. lol?

Its okay by me... :D I'm not into slaughtering people (Still getting used to seeing others use 'em... That was a bit of an adjustment)...

CM: Photoshop is pretty easy to use :) I haven't really had a lot of time to 'play around'... Mainly because of the writing... So I still have a lot to relearn if I can find the time.

so i have a dumb question

1. what exactly is a banner?
2. is "a banner" suppose to meet certain dimensions with a kit like photoshop/paint shop etc??
