Hi, i'm sorry i don't know where post this topic :(
I will show you how to do a "light effect", as on my banner or my avatar.
i try to translate my original tutorial for you, i hope you understand now .

light effect
Level 1
1- Your picture on which you want to apply the effect must be "luminosity". And your background, white "normal".

2 - Then create a new layer formed directly on the current. MAJ+CTRL+N => Ok
3 - Then take the paintbrush tool, Rounding blur hardness 0%, no matter the size, it's at your convenience, as well as color. I have taken red neon.

4 - The layer on which you have a "light" must be Linear Density - (added)
You can add a "glimmer external" same color and same type, [i]density linear - (added)[/ i] to extend the light, setting the extent of 100%:
 This is the result:

Awesome tutorial! Thank you so much, I shall have to try this out. I've been trying to do that effect for ages, ever since I got a texture that had it on.
Cours d'instruction impressionnant ! Merci tellement, je devra essayer ceci dehors. J'avais essayé de faire cet effet pour des âges, depuis que j'ai obtenu une texture qui l'a eu dessus.
