I like Madonna very much. She is a great artist, songwriter and actress (well in most of her films). Sometimes a bit provocative but that’s just part of her charm.



My top 5 would have to be.

1. Like a Prayer. The song and music video are meaningful and the melody is good!
2. Papa don’t preach. One of her best songs! I love singing this on singstar.
3. Frozen.
4. Don’t tell me.
5. American Pie.
Honourable mentions: Vogue.

My favorite music videos are LAP, Music (with Ali G and the hot chicks! :P) and Die another die B)

Probably one of the few music videos I don't like is the original American Life video by madonna, un-edited. It's not that I don't agree with her point, it's just too violent for a music video with all the soldiers out there. The version with the flags is cool because the Dutch one is also in the vid! :)

I used to like her, when I was eight or so. But I guess shes done some goond songs, i just dont like her very much :P She as an actress is even worse than she as a singer, I cant recall any movie with her in it, ive liked at all :\

I kind of liked her ABBA-coverish song though.

She isn't that bad of a singer. When she sings live I don't feel like 'OH TURN THE SOUND OFF!' :P

Well, I was just saying in another thread that I love Madonna, so I had to pop in here.

I love her (as a matter of fact, her stuff is still on. Right now it's Angel). My top 5 would be:

1) La Isla Bonita
2) Don't Tell Me
3) Over and Over
4) Shoo Bee Doo
5) Take a Bow

Okay, that's probably not a very fair list, but for now it's all I've got. If it changes I'll let ya know. ;)

I do agree her older stuff is better (and yes, her movies are terrible) but she's still awesome.
