The November sweeps period is just around the corner, and a few networks are sweetening their shows with some special guest appearances in an effort to entice more eyeballs.
Prankster and comedian Jamie Kennedy ditches the laughs in favor of suspense, as he makes a guest appearance on CBS's crime drama Criminal Minds. Kennedy will play a character named Floyd Feylinn Ferell and appear on the November 14 episode titled "Lucky."
The description of the episode says the BAU team will be in pursuit of "a serial killer with cannibalistic tendencies." Cross your fingers and hope Kennedy is the one they're hunting, and from the look of the picture (right) CBS handed out, he just may be. |
Medication inhibits his delusions. Not his fantasies. No pill can alter his sexuality

The pursuit of a cannibalistic killer who believes Satan protects him forces Morgan (Shemar Moore, center) to question his faith.

Garcia (Kirsten Vangsness, left) asks Morgan (Shemar Moore, right) for advice about a new man she's met who seems too good to be true...

Agents Prentiss (Paget Brewster, left) and Morgan (Shemar Moore, right) search for a cannibalistic killer who believes Satan protects him...

Thinking of cannibals makes me feel ill ;) Seems like this episode's gonna have plenty Morgan and Garcia focus.
I love this show! - November 10, 2007 08:37 PM (GMT)
This one sounds like it could be gross. But it sounds like we'll learn some more about Morgan and Garcia in the next few episodes!
Rach112 - November 10, 2007 08:46 PM (GMT)
I'm really interested in the Morgan questioning his faith storyline. I'll just ignore any icky scenes that involve eating people :P

Special Agent Jentzer - November 15, 2007 06:41 AM (GMT)
best yet for season 3! Top Five Ever!!
That was really dark.....
wow on the whole garcia/morgan final conversation......
Loved what she had to say....good for her....she has had some bad luck....that sir guy from fisher king... :( ..now "hot guy"....way to tune morgan in emily...
morgan kinda got beat up tonight....garcia, reid, rossi, priest, emily
where the hell was reid? all season...where is reid?????
Floyd Feylinn Ferell clearly wins "best named unsub ever"
florida.....gruesome as was perfect storm....dark...disturbing...yep
are they (TPTB) trying to hard to get us to like Rossi?
I still think morgan needs to show reid a lot more respect...
no chilli for me for a while.... :ph43r:
I love this show! - November 15, 2007 01:18 PM (GMT)
All I could think of was the movie Fried Green Tomatoes......"The secret's in the sauce." That is SO disgusting!
That was a really gross, weird episode but I think I liked it!
I was really creeped out when that girl was going into the public restroom - I wanted to yell at the TV "NO! Don't do it!!!" *shivers*
I still don't know what to think of Rossi. In a way I like him but in a way I don't. It's like he's trying extra hard not to be friends with these people and not get along, but at the same time some of his comments I'm finding rather amusing.
I was wondering where Reid was too! And JJ and Prentiss and Hotch. For being the leader of the team Hotch doesn't really seem to be very involved...Rossi is leading everything right now.
I liked Morgan in this episode.
Garcia....I thought she was acting kind of weird through the whole story. Hmmm..next week's conclusion will be very interesting! Especially with Morgan if he starts to think it was sort of his fault! :(
Okay...so I'll watch it again and I'm sure I'll think of more things to say.
Special Agent Jentzer - November 15, 2007 03:57 PM (GMT)
what bothers me most about rossi is they are trying (it seems) to give us his whole back story this month!!
All sorts of cases he has solved, books he has written, traveling, did this, did that...and it really is not necessary for us to like him....? :ph43r:
He seems to be "laughing" at our team...not with them.....
we are left hanging about hailey...(although just wrap it up...), Not enough reid, not enough hotch...he is the leader right? and they are interesting characters...
jj and prentiss...lose the high heels....last week prentiss was a bad GI Jane...happy medium....climbing down those cellar stairs in stilettos is not a good look...
ILoveReed1988 - November 15, 2007 07:15 PM (GMT)
yea i wish they had showed reid and hotch more

I agree.....they're coming on VERY strong with Rossi and it seems as though he is in control and not Hotch. I'm not really sure about the "laughing at the team instead of with them" I haven't really gotten that impression....but maybe. I actually am liking him a little more with each episode but still not thrilled. I think there's just a little too much focus on him for my taste.
As far as Hayley.....add that one to the list!
Climbing stairs in stilettos....
I'm off to rewatch the episode!
Garcia44 - November 15, 2007 11:02 PM (GMT)
Well it was a really good episode .. the part about the soup he served to the searchers had me feelig queasy .. that was just so so sick ..and of course what happened to Garcia had me crying :( ... how could somebody just shoot her point blank like that .. I mean he was a total stranger to her .. I'm thinking he set the entire meeting up after stalking her for a while .. i'm just not sure what his motive is.
The exchange between Garcia/Morgan was intense and I have to say I can relate to what she was saying to him. Being on the heavier side of thin ;) I know what it's like to really like a guy only to realize he'll never see me as anything more than a friend he exchanges flirty quips with .. just because the object of my affection didn't see me as gorgeous didn't mean every man felt that way ... but knowing HE never would really hurt .. I'm sure that's why Garcia went out with that Rat Bast**d .. to prove she was desireable to other men.
She better recover completely and Morgan better work day and night to get the guy who shot her ..
You know for a sensitive guy he really missed the mark here ..

HOLY S*** that was awesome! the ending totally surprised me! I thought he was going to kiss her! dang, im so excited for next week, I doubt she died, we just lost a character like 4 weeks ago!
linny - November 16, 2007 01:20 AM (GMT)
very interesting episode. but I don't know, I felt a little lost in the episode. I usually remember an episode petty well but this one I feel like I'm missing alot (might be because I'm SO tired :P) Do do love when Emily tells Morgan about women's fellings lol
^ I thought he was going to kiss Garcia too, and then he pulls out a gun! Wowza! Poor Garcia. I can't wait for next weeks episode...

LOL! I actually said it...after screaming "Eeeeewwwww!"
I liked this ep, even though it was pretty disturbing. I LOVED the comment Prentiss made to Morgan. Yes, sometimes we women just want a shoulder and sympathy, not a Mr. Fixit. And while I knew what lay ahead for Garcia, it was still pretty awful to witness.
Can't wait to see next week's ep!

~sigh~ Yeah, they do seem to be rushing it a bit, and that's always a bad idea when the new character is replacing one that was beloved by the fans.
I guess what we have to keep in mind is that the first seven eps had already been written when MP decided to leave, so there was a rush to rewrite. Much of what would have been MP's dialogue was probably shifted onto Rossi (and tweaked a bit). If MP were still on the show, we probably wouldn't give his frequent presence a second thought. Instead, we get JM in his place AND an information dump about the character in the hope that we'll come to accept him and stick with the show (unlike those "fans" who only watched it for MP and departed with his final episode).
My guess is that the focus will shift before long and the blend will seem more natural.
Yes, I'm the eternal optimist. :)

Oh, I sure hope so! But now my fear is they're just getting into Rossi's role (having to re-write from what would have been Gideon's lines as you said) they're just getting into the groove for the season and now the writer's strike happens! :(
Not that I'm blaming the writers because I don't at all! It's just sad to think that when it's finally over we're probably going to have to go through another adjustment period where they try to pick up where they left off.

i know my feet were hurting just watching her do it... i'm a flip flops kinda girl.
Anyway i really liked the scenes between Morgan and Rossi at the end and after Rossi made him talk to the priest. i knew after Morgan said he didn't want to talk to the priest Rossi was gonna make him do it.

Luna - November 16, 2007 10:43 AM (GMT)
Awsome episode!
Liked the fact that Morgan for once talked about what happened to him as a child, I always felt it was strange they hardly ever mentioned it (only that one time Hotch did a teamcharacter explanation to Strauss and Morgan mentioned the arrest to Gideon in Doubt…but not really)
With the soup I was thinking like: 'so glad I'm a vegetarian!' and 'what are they going to tell the community about that girl in the soup? They will wanna know why there isn't a body and you can't go tell them 'there's no body people, you guys ate her' '
About Morgan and Garcia, I seriously was thinking: 'what is wrong with you? she tells you she doesn't got hit on like this normally then well you say something nice, this isn't nice!'
(but then again he did shoot her, I thought that was mean to, I mean it says something like if a hot guy hits on a well not extremely slim person he has alterior motives  )
I loved the comment Emily made to Morgan! So great! Em is my favourite person from the last couple of epi's!
And seriously where's my man Reid this whole season, he hardly shows up? (and JJ, I don't see JJ much either :( )
I like the character of Rossi, just think he can be a real jerk! <_< (but Morgan was also a bit of a jerk with Reid, even though Reid might show some more sensitiviness)
BTW…Garcia's house…it's really nice! (well from the outside, maybe it's an apartmentbuilding, but still…nice!)
