I don't know what I want to be when I grow up! Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to pursue a big career when I was younger and now.....everything that sounds interesting to me would require a move to a big city and I don't want to do that. But my dream job would have been an architect.

I'll check with the "In Charge" on our over seas flights tonight...see if they have any suggestions!! (I work for a very large airline). :)
I've always wanted to be a rock star......
And when I was younger....I wished I had applied myself more to my studies.....the BAU or any Forensic science jobs would be so interesting.
CriminalMind - August 11, 2007 06:09 PM (GMT)
I guess it's a cleshé on a board liek this, but I would love to be a Forensic Scientist. Or a Forensic Pyschologist. Basically, anythign in Law Enforcement. I've always loved crime and science and things, every since I realised I'd suck as a vet! :D

My dream is to one day own and run a café ^^ Possibly combined with a book store.
JulieFan - August 27, 2007 05:56 PM (GMT)
Pff. I talked to someone from school and he said that my education wasn't enough to become a stewardess, that you had to study travelling & traven information, so I was down, I thought my dream would never come true.
But I sent an e-mail to hopefully my next school if I COULD follow that education and they said I was welcome :D Yay!!

From since I was well…seven and my first dog died I would have said veterinarian, but since end last year I don't know anymore. I really don't know.
I think of becoming a journalist. Since the world always interested me. Or I want to go work for Greenpeace, actually, I want to do that, always have, it's been a dream that's been more active for many many years than any other dream. I just don't know if it's going to be a couple of years, or a livetime.
Frank's_Evilution - August 29, 2007 01:02 AM (GMT)
I, for the past few years now, have really really been interested in stem cells, so I wanna study up, get a bachelor's and master's (and eventually Ph.D maybe/hopefully/if it would be good? does anybody know?) and become a researcher. The field for it is really growing now, I think. And :usa: is a pretty good place to be for research I think....although where I live doesn't have any labs so I'll have to move eventually :P
Special Agent Jentzer - August 30, 2007 08:12 PM (GMT)

Rae_Kelly - October 29, 2007 12:30 PM (GMT)
Me? I'd love to be a barrister...in England we have two sets of people, the people who get you to court, the solicitors who prepare a case and then the people who actually represent you which are the barristers...me...in 5 years time.
But even then I would like to immigrate to America and qualify there so I can work anywhere in the world.
Or i'd like to be a superhero...like Superman or Spiderman except you know i'd be a woman.
Big love to all the other aspiring lawyers! As well as everyone else...work is hard i'd give everyone points for showing up.

I want to study criminology, law, math, psychology and want to work for the FBI...
But I love acting as well, I would really love to be a childactress (considering that I would get in that way enough money for a good University) to reach my "real" goal...
And concerning the FBI, I want to become a member of the BAU - I wanted to do something like this long before CM started (when I was eight months old - according my journal of that time) :)
Claire - November 17, 2007 01:05 PM (GMT)
I will study law and criminology next year ! I'm very happy ! (I never think that I can find an university where I can study criminology in France.) :)

First Class Blondie
A beautiful young blond woman boards a plane to LA with a ticket for the coach section. She looks at the seats in coach and then looks ahead to the first class seats. Seeing that the first class seats appear to be much larger and more comfortable, she moves forward to the last empty one. The flight attendant checks her ticket and tells the woman that her seat is in coach.
The blond replies, "I'm young, blond and beautiful, and I'm going to sit here all the way to LA."
Flustered, the flight attendant goes to the cockpit and informs the captain of the blond problem. The captain goes back and tells the woman that her assigned seat is in coach.
Again, the blond replies, "I'm young, blond and beautiful, and I'm going to sit here all the way to LA."
The captain doesn't want to cause a commotion, and so returns to the cockpit to discuss the blond with the co-pilot. The co-pilot says that he has a blond girlfriend, and that he can take care of the problem. He then goes back and briefly whispers something into the blonde's ear.
She immediately gets up, says, "Thank you so much," hugs the co-pilot, and rushes back to her seat in the coach section. The pilot and flight attendant, who were watching with rapt attention, together ask the co-pilot what he had said to the woman.
He replies, "I just told her that the first class section isn't going to LA."

I've just realized how badly I want to work with horses. Sadly, my ridning isn't good enough so theres no way I'll get admitted to the equine studies program. :'(
Luna - January 8, 2008 09:25 PM (GMT)
:( Can't you like train a lot? If you really want something you should always try your best to get there! Don't give in easy! ;)
Horsie = :wub:
CM Addict - January 9, 2008 09:16 PM (GMT)
Oh my gosh, if I didn't have such a bad experience with horses at my first stable, I would love to do that. It's not that I'm terrified of horses or anything, I'm not, but I've just had more experience with the less trained, less trusting horses, and so I'm not sure I would want to make a career out of it (but I do love watching the shows on TV or whatever where horses are so sweet to the riders. :)).
Since I was ten I've wanted to be a lawyer. A Crown Attorney to be precise (the prosecutor). But last year I kind of went through this period of uncertainty, and now I don't have a clue. I expect to end up doing some law-related thing in university (if I get in), but I don't know, I guess I've always been fond of journalism, since everybody tells me I'm a really good writer (and some call me the Grammar Nazi ;)). You know what would be cool? Combining my love of writing with my obsession with the entertainment industry (particularly TV shows like CM). So I guess what I'm trying to say is I think being an entertainment journalist would be cool. We've got some really funny ones here, I like reading their columns. ;)

No, I'm just kidding. My current goal is actually to be a drafter (technical drawer). I believe that will be perfect for me. :)
