Hey, guys! I'm just wondering, how many episodes do we have in season one. Some sites say that it's the regular 22 but others list 24 episodes. Does anyone know for sure? thanks.

I'm going to say 24.

I've been keeping track and the next episode (Charm & Harm) will be number 20.

I think if there were only going to be 22, there would have been ads saying "only two episodes left in the season!" by now.

And 24 takes us through mid May, when all the other shows seem to be wrapping up, so...

They've got 22 listed at tv.com, the last one being titled "The Fisher King". 22 is the average sort of length for a tv show series (I can think of at least five shows that have that length series).

I've been hearing 24 as well... Isn't the average season 22-24 eps? Well minus Dead Like Me (a friend of mind said that they probably counted the pilot as 6 eps or something like that) and seeing that CM didn't have a two hour pilot etc...etc... etc... we'll have to hang in there won't we?

The possibility of a cliffhanging whodunit looks interesting (although I know a lot of peeps don't really like it... I do! :D I'll probably have it all figured out by Sept :) well at least in the first what? five minutes... Unless they totally change the format, which could be interesting... hmmm...) ???

Well, with most shows, they usually have like a hiatus for 4-6 weeks, and then have like 2 or 4 more episodes before it's over. I'll go with 24.

I hope it's 24 too...The more, the better! I just cannot get enough of this show!

EDIT: I might have been wrong because I found an article that said that Criminal Minds has 22 episodes this season...LOL...I'm just going to wait and see...here is the article:
