Ich komme aus Holland. :)

I live in England and have always struggled with German ;) French, Russian, Spanish, Italian,those are so much easier! But German (and Chinese!) just go over my head... :P

German is much MUCH more easy then French lol. I suck at it.

The French should learn English. We had to wait 40 minutes at the American customs because Air France landed before us and they didn't fill out their forms correctly.

Some of my French friends speak fantastic English.... I always enjoyed French, it's a great language! It's been so long now though that I think I need a refresher course :lol:

lol...speaking of French, i was just watching Friends and the episode was the one where pheobe's trying to teach Joey how to speak French for on the of his auditions. She's speaking proper-ish french so she's like "Je m'appelle Claude" and Joey's like "ploo ploo blah ploo" (or something to that effect" had my laughing VERY hard...i miss them :(

I only ever saw about 2 episodes of Friends but it sounds pretty good.

very funny so funny I totally remember that episode...phoebe was a great character...smelly cat....lobster....her twin....she was funny!

Have you ever noticed when you're trying to give up something you become more obsessed about it than ever? If you're trying not to go shopping so much.....are you seeing/hearing about sales or things you've wanted to get but couldn't find all over the place now? That's how it always is with me! :lol:

(I think Reid would give some long explanation about it being a trick of the mind or something....)

I was watching Girls of the Playboy mansion on tv, and they went to Cirque du Soleil Love in Las Vegas :D They showed footage and I was so happy!! :) I saw that show front row!

I want to see a real Cirque du Soleil show. We saw a short version of one - it was TOO cool!!! But I'd love to see a real one like they have in Vegas!

Most people have problems with the pronunciation of words. For example,

you have the world een [eyn], and één and you pronounce them different. The same with 'Beren' [beeren] and 'denken'.

There are 3 types of 'e': long, short and voiceless. Really hard ;)

sounds confusing......is Dutch a hard language to learn? I know some Spanish but that's a pretty easy language to learn. I can't imagine trying to learn English if it's not your native language!!!

Very cool! I learned something new about you....I had no idea you had a chinese heritage. :D Were you born in China? I know nothing about the Chinese language other than there are different dialects. I love Chinese food! :) I learned a little about Holland today from Juliefan, what can I learn about China? (it's been very international today.....I love it!)

i can't say i know too much about chinese heritage. I was born in Vancouver and have stayed here all my life, so im very white washed :D
