Title: Alouette Iii Release
Description: To be released end of the month

ObmaR - September 21, 2007 04:00 PM (GMT)
Due to the release of new tools by BI Studios we have had to postpone the release of the add-ons till end of the month, as we want to update the add-ons for public release. We have also updated the Alouette II (new .rvmat files and destruct textures) and the Star Pistol (normalmaps and removed tracer effect).

The soldiers on the GUI are just place holders and will be replaced by actual Bush Wars soldier models for final release.

We are also going to release the Beta version of our GUI for testing and comments/suggestions. The GUI comes with an installer and installes the MODFOLDER, MISSION FOLDER, Icon as well as scripting specifically for the mod.

Here are some screens of the add-ons we will be releasing end of the month.

Hi ,

I run the Buffalo Battalion page at :

http://flecha.co.uk/

Got some photos of the Bushwar and quite a few from the Cuban/Fapla perspective which range from Op Savannah to Cuito Cuanavale if you're interested.

The Allo' III turbine exhaust should curve upward so that the hot gasses are vented towards the turbines for dispersal, so as to minimise the heat signature for enemy Strella missiles

This was a modification first used in the Rhodesian bushwar, and adapted by the SAAF

Mooi loop

Thanks for that info Cobus, I will change that as I was not sure and did'nt have good pics of the heatshield conversion. And yes we are very interested in any material regarding the bushwar, specialy photos of the terrain to get a perspective for the map. I do have a link to your site on our links page. Thank you for your input and a great site.
