Yes I think that it's possible, but it hasn't still planned in the BWC minimod, possibly it will be released with the complete Mod, when Arma II will come.
I tried to reskin it by myself, but being only a mission maker and not a skilled texturer I had to abandon the job.
BWC Mod aim is to release top quality addons, if someone could do this job is welcome, to keep easier the task you might see if there's any CFS3/4 or IL-2 reskins for SAAF C-47, and half the work is done.
I tried to do with some some C-47 pictures, but the task is too difficult for my skills.
You might ask to ObmaR for further infos.

Anyway your idea is good, C-47 was intesively used during early stages of the bush war for supply and troop paradrops, its two tone camo should quite easy to make.

We will see if someone could do this task.
