Apparently there is going to be a series 3 of BWH. According to wikipedia:

The third series began filming in October 2007. Kate Bell returns as Bec for series three and is joined by Craig Horner as Garry. The new Solar Blue pupils are Guy (Kain O'Keefe), Charley (Lachlan Buchanan), Adam (Eka Darville), Bridget (Cariba Heine), Lauren (Amy Beckwith) and Cassie (Rebecca Breeds)

So it looks like there are 7 in the bwh gang. Rumour is that Bec is taking Flys place as trainer.

This is just a rumour though.

These aspiring pupils are all competing for that elusive wild card to get onto the world pro-surfing circuit. But things aren't quite the same at Solar Blue. The Academy has been taken over by new management, and they've instigated major changes. The waves still roll in as big as ever though, and for a 16-year-old, life at Blue Water beach is about as good as it gets.

do you know if some characters of season 2 or 1 are back?
I know that one of the characters is called Lauren and it's gonna be about what the chracters of other season did after the academy BWH but with other actors.

Bec, as far as we know is the only one returning.

It doesnt mention anything about Simmo... I really hope that he is returning. Be real sad if he wasnt there!

Hmmm... that is interesting!
I remember in the 2nd series, Amy said that she is an only child. I think they are half way filming the 3rd series so I dont think it would be a work-in-progress name.

Maybe its a cousin or something...
